Got my Mustang done with new radio and speakers ,amazing price and even better sound quality with the subs , it was reverberant and euphonic! Highly recommend if you’re having any radio problems or even want speakers cleaned or new speakers! ? Areileo is the man! <~may have miss-spelled name. Overall the place is great nice indoor to shop around inside and they will even show you how your new radio works ! Awesome place !

The knowledge Mike gave for my sub and speaker system was incredible. The team gets the job done in a timely manner. I had a family emergency come up and the team pulled together and had everything installed and out the door 2 hours ahead of schedule. I have had it for a month now and I am completely in love with my truck again. They sound proofed the doors put in the sub and new speakers through out and this baby BOOMS. The crew was entirely professional through out the install and I look forward to getting my off road needs through them as well. I absolutely cannot say how much I ENJOY driving my truck and having heads turn at the thump created. Thank you to all at Performance for the sound system you guys put together to make my truck MINE. You ARE true professionals in your trade.

I went to Performance Auto Sound to have a salvage stereo installed in my oldish car. They were friendly and efficient. Excellent service at a fair price.

These guys Are amazing! Took my truck into them to put an apple car play stereo in and when they were done it looked like it came factory stocked! They did an awesome job and got me into the stereo that I wanted and got it done when they said they would. I will definitely go back!

I've been wanting a radio with XM and nav in my Jeep for years. Dealership told me it was really hard and I should just buy a new Jeep. The guys at PAS took one look and said, "sure we can do it". They even found a way to get me in a week early and everything works flawlessly! Thanks guys!!

Had them intall a remote start in my wife's car, first day I scheduled to take it to them he said he couldn't do it. Next time he has it all day and can't figure it out. Bring it back again and he still couldn't get it working, wanted to keep it overnight, nope. Bring it back again, gets it working but drains the battery. Finally it works, kind of. A few months later it stops working and once again they can't figure it out. The shop no longer has anyone who installs them. He suggested to take it to performance in the tri cities. No thank you, I will not do business with them ever again.

Amazing results got all four speakers in my car replaced sounded amazing afterwards they did a great job putting it back together there were some issues that they found while installing the speakers and they easily fix them only a slight fee but all around amazing for service they were very helpful finding speakers to work for my car and got the job done in less than a day

Walked into the store was greeted promptly and felt like customer service was at its very best. It’s hard to find amazing customer service anymore and Aurelio made sure he went above and beyond to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted which was a remote start/alarm system.everything was made simple plain and clear he was even able to give me a quote with tax to the cent. You don’t find quality in workmanship like this anymore hats off to the both of the employees that work there! Done business there since they opened and always will. Thank you guys!

Took my brother’s Mustang into the Kennewick location as stereo kept showing amp error and shutting down. Mike toyed with it a bit then quoted me 2-3 hours to fix what he figured was a bad install. Due to a cancellation they were able to get to it today. All fixed now with no upcharges or parts needed. I appreciate their professionalism, honesty and expertise. Highly recommend these guys!
