If you need anything from Wranglers to Redwings to Carhart to Levi and any other western clothing and accessories for work or dress, just go here! If he doesn't have it, which is rarely, he can order it. He is a Walla Walla staple for many, many years! Great man and wonderful staff!!

Nice place, cheap owner I went there around 13 June or so together with friends from Pullman, WA. The owner was nice enough but looked me over thoroughly and finally promised me a discount for my first buy. I bought a white cowboy hat for about $ 100.00. The discount was a throw-in of a sponged hat cleaner which he said was worth $ 10.00 or so. Later I found out that I could have gotten the hat elsewhere for $ 75.00 and the sponges for about $ 2.00. Always love finding lil treasures here. Always buy my boots here, store is a bit overwhelming with all the stock, but there's something in every corner. Not much woman's clothing but quite a but for men of all sizes! So much to look at! Hats, boots, clothing, dusters, belts, jewelry, a little bit of everything!

Brand New merchandise, thrift store atmosphere. The staff were inept and had little to no product knowledge. When I asked the girl behind the counter where I could find a boot Jack she didn't even know what it was. Turned out, they were on the counter behind her. Their $10 boot jacks were prices $21, are very cheaply made, and too low to work very well at all.

Great mom and pop kind of store. Western outfitter with a strange name. The gentleman that owns or runs the store was very helpful and considerate. They have a lot of items to choose from.

I purchased a pair of roper boots about 6 weeks ago that the store owner promised he would ship to me (I live in Seattle).I called the store to check in after the initial 3 weeks had passed as I hadn't heard a peep about my order. The man on the phone seemed to have completely forgotten about the order, but he'd check in about it. Another week goes by and I call to check in and am greeted by a different employee who was equally uncaring and told me she didn't know anything about it and she would call me back (she refused to take my name or number saying she would use caller id)--she never did. I called back the next day and again talked to the owner and all I got was, "don't know what's taking so long."I call back a week later, another rude employee with no information. I've called them over and over just to see if there are any updates or information about my order and every time have been met with uncaring, disinterested customer service. They've not once, between 9/11-10/27 called me with any information to update me with my order. I just called again only to be told that they just can't seem to get the boots and that they would issue me a refund.I looked on the cash register receipt and it says I was charged 174 dollars, when I looked at my bank account, I was charged 184 dollars. I asked what the 10 dollar difference could have been and the employee said they didn't know.I'm sure the positive reviews are true and the selection of boots is immense but the absolutely horrendous customer service and horrid communication has me writing my first bad review. I will never recommend or shop there again.

I’ve always struggled to find the right boots in my size. Always seems to be a task and have spent hours driving around trying to find the right ones. These guys know their stuff. I drove over from Pendleton after I spoke with the owner and he had the boots ready for me to try on when I walked in. This shop truly is about customer service and I got exactly what I needed. I won’t go anywhere else to get work boots anymore.
