Employees are very kind and helpful. Not only they take the time to thoroughly fix your problem but go out of their way to educate you on building your credit. Banking with them for 6yrs now with no regrets ?

Hello….I started to take part in your survey and quickly realized it did not suit a Canadian, who is a US property owner utilizing the branch in Point Roberts. Believe me when I say the Banner Bank is excellent for us in our unique situation. We are able to pay our US related household bills on-line and take advantage of the Banner Bank MasterCard. All of which work very well for us. Our only downfall – and there is just one – is not being able to transfer US funds electronically from our RBC bank to Banner. We have to physically make a trip to the bank to deposit currency directly. And this is very hard at this time of the COVID crisis. We do mail US bank drafts (pony express would be faster) to a very trusted employee (Holly) to the Point Roberts bank location to make the deposit for us. I really appreciate the fraud center. But when they ask me to call immediately and then I am on wait for 45 minutes that just doesn't work. I was charged a lot of money but I had no idea what was going on because I couldn't ever talk to a person. I understand times are very tough right now and difficult for everyone. But some people are still working and don't have time to waste 45 minutes of their day when they still have to work.

Updated review. At first I thought that the bank gave all the small business covid -19 stimulus money to large companies. Banner just did what all the other banks were doing. Looks like they were able to get my small business approved. 5 stars to this bank. Thanks Banner for doing what is right!

POOR!!!! customer service especially "VANESSA RUIZ"is the WORST ONE from the Mortgage Lending Home Loans department she has a horrible and terrible rude attitude they need to get rid of her and get someone BETTER she's very unprofessional always on her personal cell phone
