The fault of the sales associate was acknowledged and they have reached out to me in order to fix the problem, and have agreed to send me new couch covers to match the original couch I wanted. I was told that the sales associate no longer works there, which is why it was hard for them to locate the records and find out specifics of the situation. Overall, I am happy with the end solution and thank the owner for listening to my concerns.”
