Vashon Thriftway is a wonderful, well-run food store and a gem on the island, focused on customer needs. It carries everything you could need and more, comparable to Whole Foods in brands and quality. The store is really clean and organized with a great deli, bakery, and amazing produce selection. It has a great and expansive wine selection, top notch spirits, growler fill, and a good florist with healthy flowers. You can also buy plants and gifts. The staff are always so kind and friendly, providing top customer service and happy to help with special orders. Checkout is quick and there is plenty of parking. Some note an issue with their software requiring license scanning for wine purchases.
