Giving three stars because I like the shop and the folks are mostly friendly and seem knowledgeable. However, I can't give them higher than three stars due to my repair shop experience. I dropped off a lawn mower purchased from this location in March 2021. (dropped off 7/14) Talked to them later that day after they said there was a warranty issue. I called 7/16 to get an update and was told the warranty issue was cleared up, the part to fix it was on site, and the repair should be completed "in the next day or two." I'm happy thinking I will have it in time for the weekend so I can mow. Called back Monday, 7/20 for an update. Apparently the guy who works on this type of mower was out, but a box of supplies for this brand had just arrived, so he should be able to wrap it up when he returned the next day. (I thought the part was on site on 7/16???) Called AGAIN on 7/22 for an update. Was told by Jacob, (who seemed be inconvenienced by my call), that the parts were on order and he had no idea when they would arrive. I asked if I should expect a month or a week....He said closer to a week, but I don't have a lot of faith in them at the moment.

Thanks to Ace Service Center! Last Thursday I ordered a replacement part for my lawn tractor. 48 hours later, Doug called with news the part had arrived! I am back in business!

Great help for all yard equipment, rentals, sales and repairs. Vacuum cleaner bags for weird vacuums. Generators, and oil and battery disposal. Although now an Ace franchise these are all the same folks that owned it when it was true value.

Dennis is wonderful knows everything about mechanics and has the ability to help people diagnose repair needs and find the right parts. Renee is so great too very friendly and helpful, nice place.

Doug and the entire crew are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They are quick to diagnose a problem and many times help me with the right parts to fix myself. I enjoy stopping in there whenever I need a repair or new equipment.
