Vashon Ace Hardware is a store with outstanding service that goes above and beyond. The friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff always offer assistance and do not run away when asked for help. They are focused on excellent customer service and will find a solution or help get any item needed, whether in stock or by order. The store is well-stocked with a great selection of everything from housewares and paints to power tools and more than just the basics. Their service center handles power equipment sales, rentals, and repairs. Prices are reasonable and on par with others, but it is their exceptional, can-do attitude that makes the experience the best possible for the community.

This is a store that deserves 6 stars for absolutely outstanding service. Their prices are on par with other island businesses, and there selection of wares is great, but the people who work here go above and beyond.
