“This store will help you meet your automotive needs, the staff is top notch and when I ended up with the wrong caliper for my Dodge Journey SXT, they replaced it with the right one with no hassle and of course they still gave me the discount and made sure that I got out the door with what I needed to finish the front breaks. In a couple of weeks it’s the back driver side caliper and I can assure you that I will be going to these guys( shout out to Ms. Ivory, Michael, and my dude Giovani* hope I spelled that right?) “I bought my new Honda Prologue here for one reason only! What was it? They gave me the best price over other dealerships closer to me. I told them what I wanted, and they were able to work with me on the price, so it was worth driving a little further. Also, this dealership is 100% indoors vs. outside. Also, the sales and finance people are out in the open and not locked away in some secret room. The bottom line is, if your local dealership feels like tug-of-war or a fight... just come here instead because you will be talked to like a person, vs. a price point.”
“You know what's funny, Napa is 5 minutes from my house and I always forget about it cuz I generally go to O'Reilly's. But it turns out they didn't have a part I needed a nap I did. To really cute little automotive shop it's not huge but it's chock full of tools and kind of like a hidden gem in Gig Harbor. I would recommend it.

“Purchased this grille guard for my kW T680. It totally improved the look. I really like it. Hopefully, I won't need to use it, but I feel much more at ease knowing that it's there, and I feel that it would pulverize any sorry animal choosing to cross paths with me. Delivery was flawless. Driver communication was top-notch. I was notified prior to delivery, during delivery, and that post delivery. The unit came wrapped with Styrofoam on the outer bars and bubble wrap all over for extra protection. All that , plus wrapped in cardboard and tied to a pallet. Good stuff. You'll need a forklift for offload. Unit isn't too heavy, as I was able to attach all the latch hardware in my home garage, then transfer to the grille and then was able to lift it up and position it on the front of the truck by myself.I am very happy with the entire purchase and delivery and thrilled with the product.”

The Autozone battery was less expensive than the competition and had nearly 50% more cranking amps. When I called them and asked if they'd hold one for me, they did so with no problem. “American Collision did a great job of fixing my Land Cruiser after a run in with a ditch. Straightened the frame and body, repainted the fenders and valence panel, repaired and repainted the fender flares, and repainted + installed a used front bumper that I provided. It was looking pretty grim at the start but they did a great job of fixing it up. It's not 100% back to factory, but it's as close as I can hope for after a pretty good impact and they did it for a fantastic price.”

“I brought my truck to Gerber's Burien location after it was hit and dented by an arrogant and reckless skateboarder. Multiple locations on both the driver and the left rear door were dented without scratches/paint defect (ceramic coat helped). The biggest dent measured about 23" with other half-inch dents within it, and some other deep dents. Since it was a newer truck, I initially wanted PDR done to preserve the paint, but unfortunately could not commit to the higher quotes from several locations. The team at Gerber Burien did a wonderful job -- I cannot see any dents or damage. I know it was traditionally repaired given my invoice, which I've made peace with, but the paint matching is superb and do not look off/mis-matched. Although scheduling for an estimate took about a month and a half, the repair was done within a week. Since dropping off the truck, I received daily updates through text. I did not have to call to request/ask for updates. It just came to me. I was originally told that updates were sent out on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so I was pleasantly surprised with the daily updates. Gerber was recommended to me by a coworker and a friend who has had to use their services previously, and stands by the work they do. The quote at Gerber was significantly less than other quotes I've received from other body shops and PDR-specialty services, so financially, it made more sense to bring it to Gerber.”
