Just as I predicted, Comcast/Infinity had a major security breach.They sent customers an email. Under the heading "What we are doing" they wrote, "we are asking you to change the password on your account."That's it!Face it, your information is NOT safe with them....and they could not care less (read my review below.)If Comcast wasn't a monopoly in our area, I'd switch in a heartbeat.What an abysmal, soulless company they are.

Had a fabulous time with Ramon today! He assisted me so smoothly and was willing to help me find the best deal on internet. Was very knowledgeable and kind, said "hello welcome in" right away! Great job today!

Xfinity/Comcast has officially surpassed DirectTV in the worst customer service available in the telecom space. Dear xfinity, if you have customers with multiple accounts why do you make it impossible to get the correct service requested at the correct address. I mean what the actual f*%k??????? Call or use an app, even go to a store to request a service call at one address, have the employees confirm the service address and time. Then wait for the arrival window only to receive a call that they showed up across town at NOT the requested service address and they must close your request. ABSOFUCKINGLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! Multiple times a year this happens from this store. Nobody cares, nobody listens to the complaints and not once in over 14 years has this ever been addressed. Salutations Fuggers!!

Xfinity phone service is terrible. We are trying to switch to a different provider but it cannot be completed because they have one of my phones locked. It seems as though they are holding it hostage. We have been working on this for over a week. We are switching carriers because of inferior service, bad customer service, internet that lags after you reach an unreasonable amount of usage, with unlimited service. If anybody asks, I'll tell them to use any other service but Xfinity. Really they don't deserve a single star.

Poor customer service on the phone for 2 hours and never fix the problem today I had a very trainer technician come he pretty much knew what was wrong when he walked thru door and he was fun guy to talk to I hope the guy from Sunday gets fired

They will screw you over, the workers are unbelievably lazy and will put in no effort to fix your issues. They gave me advice that broke my phone and I had to take it to another store and have them fix it.

Going on 4 weeks and still no phone service and Internet too. Not just this store nor corporate nor online. Don't walk, run. Phone was under warranty and Xfinity corporate said to take it to a local store and get a new one. Local store said it's a Google pixel thing and has to be handled by Google. Google sent it to a local fix-it shop and the new motherboard was not compatible with Xfinity that took 14 days to figure out. Then the phone was returned to Google and they promptly decided that it was their fault and faulty phone and decided to send me a new phone via FedEx only. They put it on the 2 weeks slow boat from China. All parties concerned have all pointed their fingers in other directions. Meanwhile, I still don't have it working phone that I'm paying monthly payments towards.

Huelgy unpleasant and unprofessional. I took in a doorbell Ramone had refused to take it back then when corporate had told them they needed to he did but didn't enter it in the system. I am currently being charged 200.00 for a doorbell I do not own and have not had in my possession for a month.

Likely not the fault of the employees at the store, all three that I dealt with were polite and tried their best, but unfortunately the system software they use must be very complicated and/or clunky. I had a slightly unusual situation(moved from OR to WA, new apartment had a pre-installed gateway).A technician was a no-call, no-show to activate a new gateway at my new apartment (self-activation wasn't working).I went back to this store(you can't call the store) and asked if they could set up another appointment, but since their appointment "ticket" was still open due to the no-show tech, another appointment cannot be made. Kind of a silly catch-22 there.Another employee gave me a backdoor phone number, more made for technicians to call. I used that number and was able to sort out the activation. It's resolved, but only after six phone calls and two store visits.

Absolutely worst customer service. This is such a unprofessional corporation charging people extra randomly for services without our permission or letting us know about it ahead of time. What is costing more for them to charge us more?!! Seriously just ridiculous. I've called numerous times and received mediocre to no help. One manager never returned my call.

We had an issue and connected with this service center. The technician that came out did a fantastic job and would give him another star on top of the five allowed. He was on time, thorough, and professional. His expertise is exceptional and highly recommended.

This month our Comcast bill went up $20. We called the company to see if we could make changes in order to lower the cost. We have had comcast from the time of their conception when they were Cox Cable. They had always been helpful and created a package that would fall into our budget. Today we were told that if we wanted to make changes we needed to go to our rewards page and make the changes ourselves. How is that customer service? That's us doing their job. If they're paying fewer workers why are the costs going up? Time to find a new cable service that works for the people who pay them.
