Me and my sister went in to try on our dresses, I come out after putting on the first dress and I go grab my partner to show him how it look the supposed "manger" got in between me and my partner and yell at him that he needs to get out of the changing rooms like my partner was doing something worng, than my sister went to try on her dress and she happed to cuss a little try to get it on a graped her a L but it was arill to small the "manger" came in and said if u keep cussing ill make u leave my store. We fished try on our dresses than we went to put them back and she snatched them out our hands we walk to the front desk and asked for her name she said " i don't have to tell u my name" so I said "ok than can we please have the store number." She proceed to laugh at us and told us to Google it, we went and filed a report against the store. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE

I had gotten an item here as a present for my niece and it ended up being the wrong thing that she wanted so I went to return it. As I walked into the store, I was not greeted and the employee was sitting down, playing on her phone in the store. As I stood by the register for about 5 minutes, I went unnoticed by this employee. Finally someone comes over and asks if I am ready and I say yes and say this is a return but there is no tag and I mentioned that when I bought it there was no tag as well. The employee that had been on her phone, then gets up and says very rudely "We ALWAYS make notes on the receipt if there is no tag, and from what I can see there is no note, so there will be no return." She then smiled and walked away. I proceeded to explain that the girl who sold it to me said there would be no issues as long as I brought the receipt and the initial form of payment. The lady at the register then gave me a gift card and said "sorry, here you go, byyyyeee." Without even describing to me what she just did. I walked out flabbergasted and upset. This place is not worth your money or your time. The staff are extremely rude and inconsiderate. Reminds me of those girls who peaked in high school.

We bought my daughter’s dress and shoes here on two separate occasions for a formal school dance. The staff were friendly and helpful and the prices seemed more than reasonable. We would shop here again for clothing for special occasions.

what a shame, store smells horrible, horrible customer service, and none of the women are attentive in this establishment. clothing quality sucks, if i wanted to buy bad clothes i’d go on shein (probably better quality anyway) !

nothing great, the women here are rude and unorganized. if i wanted to shop at a store dedicated to hiring people who dont provide customer service & seem to bully people i would have went to forever 21. the apple doesnt fall too far from the tree i see. not to mention the store stinks, bring a mask.

My first time in the Windsor store was overwhelmingly since I didn’t know what to look for, but the employees helped me sort through my options and pick the right dress! They were all very helpful 10/10 will be back.
