First time coming here with my uncles to get our groceries, this location is by far the cleanest most biggest store we've came to, I will say the cashier was very helpful, nice and respectful. We all will be coming back again for sure.
The visit is worth coming here so I do recommend others to come here it's worth it.

Some people really like shopping at this place. They do have good prices. I'm still happier at Fred Meyer.

Good Winco location like any other Winco chain locations. Very good prices on many things. Store is clean and organized. Good people and good friendly services. Good place to shop.
This location has a wonky road traffic pattern that makes turn wonky to get into the lot. Once you get used to it, no problem. But if you miss the turn you'll have to circle pretty far out to get an U Turn lane.
Excellent team and excellent place to buy.

No need for loyalty cards. Employee owned. They even provide a map at the customer service desk.

Winco is a good place to stock up on bulk parade candy. I got a bunch here for $2.98/lb. The salt water taffy doesn't always seem fresh, though. It's hit-or-miss.
One thing that I find inconvenient is that if you need to return something to Winco, you have to go to the exact same store that you purchased the product from. I tried to return a rancid/old-tasting product with the original receipt, and they said I couldn't return it because it was purchased from a different Winco store.
Overall, I would rate the store 3-4 stars.

They never have fresh bangles, only like once a week like how rude. They need to have the bangles out by 7am and not 9am when everyone’s already at work and school.

Best & most courteous Deli staff & incredible fried chicken for an event! All they ask is a minimum of a day’s notice for orders over 24piece & they make sure it’s fresh & ready for you!

I really appreciate the prices Winco offers. The employees are usually very helpful. I really like the bulk section. I USED to like the bakery section, because Winco made their own brand of bread, baked locally (not in the store apparently) and I felt it was a healthier and lower cost option. They had double fiber whole wheat, rye bread of various kinds, as well as the usual white bread. Now these are gone. They still carry massive amounts of their own brand of bagels, way too many baked desserts, and a small selection of sourdough, of which only one option is whole wheat. I spoke to someone on staff about it, and apparently what little is left now has increased added sugars, and the changes are only to boost the bottom line. So now I am buying bread I don't really like, when I don't have time to make my own. Sometimes I go to the European Market down the road run by some lovely Ukrainian people, but they run out early in the day and it's a bit expensive. I also learned that "employee owned" is not really true, Winco is just another big corporation like the rest.

I have been a customer for 7 years and I have never had a worse experience than the one Felinda in customer service provides. I had a simple return with my receipt and she was condescending in her tone, extremely rude, passive aggressive, and she was making up policy as she went. It took 4 total employees and over 20 minutes for me to finally make my return and none of them knew what the official return policy was (including the store manager). Each of them had made up their own version and they all thought that the policy varied depending on who was working.
Edit: I looked up the official return policy on the winco website. Sharon, who has given me a condescending attitude in the past, was there when I attempted to make another simple return, with my receipt. Easy, right? no. First, she told me "I need to stop returning things." I hadn't even told her what I wanted yet. I told her I don't need to stop returning things and showed her the return policy, which essentially states that I can return whatever I want if the product does not meet my standards. She attempted to tell me that all returns required ID and received instore credit. I told her to show me the official document that shows the policy and she said it was "none of my business." When I read her the official policy, she said she "didn't want to hear it and she wasn't going to argue with me." This kind of behavior is shocking to be coming from an elderly woman, especially an employee working as the customer service representative for the entire store. The manager was finally called over again, where she began to completely change her demeanor and acted like I was being out of line. The manager, who knows me and has dealt with this exact problem in the past, simply tossed the return in her basket and told her to do it. Why do these elderly women believe it's their job to legislate policy on the fly? Can't I just get someone that knows how to do their job and doesn't waste everyone's time for no reason? Why does the customer service representative seem to know nothing about customer service? If I have to edit this review at a later date about more of the same, I will.
Edit: This time it was Sam, someone who I've known for years, now is making up policy and expecting me to go along with it. She told me what the return policy on the corporate page "really means"....She was being condescending, insinuating I don't know what food is supposed to taste like. I don't want to have to deal with this every time I have a return. She argued with me every step of the way. In the end I got my money back, like always. They just make it harder for everyone.
