If I could give this Rite Aid I'd give it a 10! From the in store customer service to the pharmacy drive through, I've had nothing but great experiences. I switched from Fred Meyer pharmacy and the convenience at Rite Aid has made my pharmacy needs so much better!

Steven (or Stephen?), the pharmacy manager at this Rite Aid, is just plain awesome. I specifically shop at this location, because of him. Today, I phoned with questions about Covid testing, the recent news about at-home kits, etc. I swear, I was provided more useful information from Steven than any of the gazillion articles I've read. I feel much more prepared now. This was also the location where I received my booster...from Steven, as well. It went so smoothly. I didn't feel a thing. Rite Aid is fortunate to have such a professional pharmacy manager. He is incredibly helpful, courteous, and super knowledgeable. I trust the information he shares with me and always leave feeling reassured. How nice it is to have someone who really knows what he is talking about. I am a forever customer of this Rite Aid store as long as Steven is their pharmacy manager

The pharmacists went above and beyond today getting my granddaughter's RX filled while traveling through. The CA pharmacist was not helpful but this line cation found a way to insure we had enough meds to get through the week. Thank you all and bless you for being so kind throughout.

COVID testing was a breeze. Got my flu shot there as well! Prescriptions are always filled quickly and Ashley is the nicest person I've ever met.

They labeled my step-sons prescription wrong. They also said they could not fill my prescription that day...i would have to get it the next day. It was 2:00 in the afternoon! I needed it that night so had to go elsewhere. I tried to get a prescription filled yesterday. The guy that told me last week they could not fill it that day was the same one that took my new prescription and said they could not find me in the insurance data base. I had just used that card at Fred Meyers the week before so I took it there. As I looked at the prescription I noticed he had written my birthday down wrong! He never asked me for my birthday! I have no idea where he got the date from! That is why my insurance could not find me! This rite aid is really close to my home, but I will never go back there! Caution read your prescription before you give it to them to make sure they fill it correctly!!

Worst, rudest group of employees I've ever encountered. I blame management for hand selecting these people, and clearly a reflection of corporate attitude this company supports. In the 11 years I have lived in the neighborhood around the corner from this store, I can count exactly two employees who were courteous and helpful, and one of them no longer works there. So kudos to the young dude who is still putting up with his dreadful team of rude, unhelpful and insulting coworkers. If I so much as linger in the makeup department, I get stalked by an employee pretending to restock a shelf, even getting up in my personal space to put the heat on me to abandon my mission for the perfect nail polish. They already relocated the department right in front of the registers, so why not just look at your damned cameras and put alarm tags on stuff like Wal-competitor? Treating customers like criminals is bad for business...the "vibe" is assumed guilt and I ain't gonna play that. If I have a question on finding something, it is answered curtly and without a smile or offer to show me, take me to the item. Shelves are not stocked well, or maintained well. Again, back to makeup...took me 10 times longer to find what I wanted cuz I had to look behind every single item in the area due to it all being mis-filed. They just remodeled the store, took out a bunch of shelves so the aisles are nice and wide (but even less merch) and the floors are shiny and new - which is my reason for the second star...oh and the one nice guy too.

If you have insurance maybe it's ok. However, if you are paying cash. Call them first and ask the price before you pick up. Thrn make a few calls to other pharmacies. They quoted me $40.00 for 30 pain pills when I had shingles. Which is crazy! Fred Meyer $20.00 and Costco under $15. That is a huge difference! Talk about rip off! My business goes to Costco. By the way you don't have to be a member at Costco to get a prescription filled.
