Always a long wait time every time I come in because they only have 1 teller. On Monday mornings while business's are trying to deposit cash from over the weekend and other old people trying to there stuff. Have more then 1 teller!!

Very little I can't do on line but i have used this branch on occasion for ordering a bank card, address change and required account updates post Covid. I didn't have any problems with them. The staff there has always been courteous and business like in there response to me. All branches offer appointments to facilitate services and prevent unnecessary extended wait times. If I'm going in with my wife it will be by appointment to make sure we are both not left waiting. If my opinion changes, I'm happy to update this. Appointment coming up in a couple weeks. Only comment: what kind of business doesn't open until 11:00 AM,

It did not help. Your ATM was broken and everything I needed to do couldn't be done online. You can't pull cash out online. Thank you for absolutely nothing Kortnee. This shows how little this branch values your customers time

I've been waiting a week for a phone call, sending you a email is the last thing I wanna do, maybe you should of called me to work it out it's us bank mistake, not mine. . however my mind is made up I'm leaving us bank. The customer service has gone down the drain and the employees are under trained.. Shame on you not once but twice. I'm not even sure how us bank can even carry their name as customers satisfaction.

Slowest service ever. Of course customer time is free for US bank to consume.... lay-off tellers, cut hours and expect customers to wait 39 minutes to make a deposit Unbelievable

I'm shocked at the other reviews here. I have never had anything but positive experiences at this branch. The wait is never long, the people are friendly and it's clean. The Branch Assistant Manager, Megan Hoyt went over and beyond helping me yesterday, which prompted me to leave a review after years of being a happy customer. She was incredibly helpful and understanding regarding an account issue in which I was at fault. She helped me clear everything up and made my day

This is usually my go to because it's so close. Today I had something very interesting happen. I came to cash a payroll check and instead of them cashing it fully, I was told I could only have $500 of my check and the rest would be deposited into my account and held for at least 2 business days. I am first of all shocked because I had never had a problem like this before. I came to the same bank 2 days prior with a check and cashed it with no problem and it was well over 500 dollars. So I am writing this review hoping to get your house rules straight! I say house rules because it's what you do at your location. If I have been a customer over 5 years and I get a new or untrained person. I should not suffer due to misinformation. I know the teller should and could of cashed my whole check but for someone reason he was under the impression he could only cash 500 and if he looked into my transaction history he could of saw the check I cashed 2 days ago. Also I am sure there was a manager on duty he could of alerted and asked to see why it was different this time then last. The thing about huge companies is they make so much money in other areas they don't take the time to make sure things go correct! Every US bank teller should have all the proper information to do their job correctly. I don't blame the guy I blame the trainer and the Manager on Duty! Consistency is key!
