Been banking here for many years. Doing business in a prescribed manner. Recently one employee started telling me I must do my business a little differently. The teller I was in front of today had no problem doing the transaction in the manner it had always been done. The other teller leans ovrr and tells her that she MUST do it the way she says. This was unsettling to me. The manger is called, who by the way had helped me many times in the past in the manner I had always experienced, he comes out and tells me I must do my business the way the other teller said; and that it is for my security? This was unsettling to me especially when he made a odd reference, his refference, to my taking care of an inch at that moment in time. I have made a call to report this situation about 4 hours ago and had no response from anyone. So by the stars here, this is what I think of how I was treated at this location today. POORLY Seems like the manger at this location has decided I'm not a valued customer, as I left he told me not to use his location anymore. I have done nothing to deserve the treatment he dished out.

OMG, I'm so impressed by the customer service this branch has. I don't really care about the bank. However, Jordan, Angelo, Billie, and the whole team have been great to me. I had a problem with my merchant service, and Billie took care of it. The way she helped me was amazing. She explained the situation thoroughly to the customer representative. She fought for me and showed me these team cares. Thank you very much

Just got a call today, saying that they messed up on a currency exchange money and that they gave me too much of the amount they were supposed to give me. I don’t know anything about Japanese money so I would except them to know since they’re working for a bank. They called and said that they will be taking back the extra money that they accidentally gave me. I understand that they have to get the money back, and I definitely get that, However it’s just very unprofessional and they need to do a better job on handling money exchanges because that’s just not okay.

I've been banking here for the last couple years for my small business and have found their associates and managers extremely helpful, and courteous. Having grown up supporting service industries, I have a high standard for customer service, which they always meet and exceed. I know all banks have their various downsides, but at least at this branch, the representatives seem to genuinely care about their customers and are happy to go out of their way to support them. It's honestly just nice to receive great service. Especially since the bar is pretty low these days.

This review is not for this location but have no clue how to get to right place. My husband and i received and account through wells fargo by purchasing a bed and having to get credit for it. Since we have had this account the bank has had many issues! They can not seem to keep the account that we created on line to take care of the bill connected, we constantly have to call and make a payment over phone because of this and now their system is also down that takes cards to pay. We run behind on making these payments because the bank can not seem to get things organized or working correctly. We refuse to use a checking account routing number as they have asked for to make these payments. Had we been told when first applying for credit that they would have these problems we seriously would never applied.

Wonderful place for any type of banking business! Every time I stop here all of the bank personnel are patient, well informed, and very helpful! ? Regan is outstanding and took the time to introduce the new manager, Kenneth. Great young people ! ?????
