Very bad service. This branch is a short staff therefore have alot of issue with the customer service. The tellers are not very helpful, and couldn't do simple things that other banks tellers can do. You have to wait for the banker sometime for 45min minimum.
Finally, when banker was able to help me, saying that I shouldn't have any problems with my wire transfer but when I came back home the funds are still weren't wired even though I was promised it would be available within an hour. When I called multiple times to find out if there is a problem with my wiring of course no one picked up the phone.
So frustrating!

I've been banking with Wells Fargo for many years. I came into this branch with an issue related to a deposit error, and the manager couldn't even be bothered to leave the back room to talk with me. The bank was not particularly busy. Eventually, a teller came out with a sticky note with the general customer service phone number written on it and handed it to me.
The number wasn't even the correct number for their claims department (I had to get it through the general phone line).
Awful service and poor customer engagement.

I have to say im impressed. Reham and Austin really seemed to care and were professional and helpful. I dont bank here but want to express my gratitude. Its hard to find people who know their job and care these days.

Decent Wells Fargo location in downtown Vancouver Washington. Tellers are friendly and helpful. They offer drive-thru service with 2 lanes. They have one ATM available outside, under cover. It is on the corner of a busy street, and their ATM is near a bus stop. I'm not sure how safe I would feel using it at night.

Oh goodness I see why they have 2.9 stars.I like wells Fargo as a bank but don’t go to this location.Went in, Alexander “helped” me.Didn’t ask for my ID to cash a check.I could have been anyone, that’s super unsafe.I even offered it.Gave me some snarky comment when I said I wanted to cash my check and then deposit it.It was something like “ you really can’t wait a whole day to let the check clear can uou”Geezzz maybe I needed to pay a bill my dude. How is that any of your business.

The workers are nice people but more often than not I'm handed bills that are in such terrible condition they won't be accepted when I try to deposit them into my other bank account. Also extremely slow service. Save yourself a headache and bank elsewhere.

Worst experience I've ever had at a bank..from the manager jen blanchard to the "banker" imada mahalo 2 of the rudest people I've encountered in a so called banking branch.i was appalled at the way they treated, having no solutions to my problem and literally telling me.i cant close my account after I was fed up..dont ever bank here

WE'RE DONE! I have been a WF Customer for 32 years in 3 states. Today I went into the Vancouver Downtown Branch to make a $5,000 deposit into a 3 year old Business Checking/Charge account that originated in a Silicon Valley branch. The Manager REFUSED to accept my deposit after telling me I have no Business checking account and she was not the least bit interested in a work-around. When I asked to see the Manager, she said (with her hackles up)"I am the Manager"...there was no graciousness with her manner, it became harder and obviously inflexible toward any solution- other than to say 'here's your check back" She introduced me to a person at his desk to close out my several accounts (I figured they would only screw that up too..I'm moving my accounts ASAP!)WE"RE DONE!......

Glad they had an ATM, where i was at that night. P.S. NEED TO HAVE MORE ATM'S This particular location is not my favorite not the best area to be in. But yes need to have more ATMs just Wells Fargo ATMs around I think there's only two or three in Vancouver.
