I wrote a review about the service quality of this supermarket a few months ago, mainly focusing on the customer service attitude and professionalism of one of the pharmacists. Since Google has asked for my review again, I am happy to participate. The pharmacy staff are very approachable and professional. Every employee I have interacted with has tried their best to meet my needs. They definitely deserve a 5-star review. I just hope that the management can provide proper counseling to the pharmacist so that she can understand how to communicate with her customers and have a gentler service attitude.

I gave 2 stars because my issue was with customer service and not the entire store. So I received a bike as a gift for my sons birthday and someone had ordered it for me to pick up and put my name for the pick up. I picked it up no issues. My son decided he didn't want the bike but wanted other toys. I took the bike to customer service and they could have looked it up by name and u would think put it on a gift card as it was obviously a gift and I was the named pick up person. Instead they said they couldn't do anything because that would be considered a no receipt return, witch it wasn't because they could have looked it up so I had them fetch a front end team lead witch they brought be a front end couch and he said he would do an exchange for the bike and I told him it's going to be multiple items because I had my son with me and he wanted to get more than one item. We shopped atleast an hour and came back to customer service for the exchange. My is only 10 and got like 6 toys and wanted fried chicken and soda as it was his birthday I said alright lets do it! So we go to customer service. The gal there said oh I thought it was supposed to be an exchange for another bike I told her the conversation so she got the couch again. He came to the desk and was rolling his eyes at me witch I didn't notice because I didn't think he would have an issue as it's not like he owns Walmart and we were doing anything wrong so what's the issue? My 10 yr old told me that the couch was rolling his eyes when we left and even my son could tell the couch was being rude. The couches face kept turning red so I could tell he didn't like doing the exchange but it was for a little boy so I am very shocked that the couch would act that way and definitely in front of my child. Also I seen while I was in line for only a few minutes the service desk cashier's turning down atleast 3 returns in a row because one item didn't have the barcode but did have a receipt and than because a lady wanted to return diapers but it was over 25.00 I referred them to the other store I used to work at. Than another lady was trying to load a debit card and said the gal at register 6 told her she had to come to customer service to do it and the service desk lady said wow I've never heard of that I don't know why she would send u up here. I'm like wow don't u read the computer based learning u assign to u at service desk?? U can't load more than 200 at a cash register... There were so many issues and they were giving so many customers a hard time it was crazy! It was like they aren't working for there customers it's like they think they own the flipping store! I always strived to get my customers what they wanted when I worked for Walmart. They fired me for calling out 4 days when my brother died so yes I have issues with the company but I have never seen a customer service desk or management treat there customers so poorly that many times all back to back like that. It was sad.

The store has the kinds of vegetables that I usually need for meals. And surprisingly even some Asian condiments. Although they could have more selection. But it’s good you don’t have to go to Portland and shop in Asian stores there just to get the basics.
