The head pharmacist is outstanding; but the pharmacy is almost always UNDERSTAFFED. That's why you can expect to wait on hold for over 45 minutes to speak to someone about why a prescription was not filled. Also, the techs hardly ever enter your rewards phone number when paying for your meds. Pre=pandemic, I would have rated this pharmacy a 5, now it's barely a 1.

I made an appointment for a Covid vaccine booster and annual influenza vaccination. Apparently their website allowed them to be double booked somehow or way overbooked so they were getting hammered the day I showed up for my appointment. The pharmacy staff couldn’t have been nicer and handled everybody quickly and courteously, even though they were getting slammed… The pharmacist that I dealt with was great, I didn’t get his name, but he was very calm and seemingly unflappable even in the face of The crash of humanity with everyone trying to get vaccinated.
The cashier I dealt with when I checked out with some purchases I also made at the same time, I couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful… I definitely would go back to this Walgreens location again.

the rude pharmacy techs is unbelievable here ... doesnt matter the day or time. im going to move to a new store. wish the store manager would manage the employees better ... they are total bitches. Especially the pregnant one.

Instead of getting passport photos online by submitting your own photos from phone, online companies would change your backgrounds to white, mail your passport photos in 2-3 days for $6, we decided to stop by this local Walgreens on 164th, for convenience and support local businesses. We approached the photo counter, called for attention to this woman who was touching and photoshopping a young female photo. This stereotype-looking woman, late 40-50ish, reluctant to help us. Instead of taking our photos just like anywhere else, she told us to wait ten minutes, she was working with a passport photo. We asked her why not taking our photos first, then work on them in the order. She claimed the customer was in the store and refused, continued photoshopping a photo, looks like her family member. Who the heck touch up or photoshopping a passport photo? She was not cropping, I know Photoshop and editing myself. Why would we support this kind of business, obviously they don't need our businesses. My wife and I left their store, drove to Walmart a mile away on 192nd, the person behind the counter grabbed her camera, clicked clicked, we were out in five to seven minutes with two photos each, instead of probably wait half an hour or more at that Walgreens By hiring these stereotype, racist & lazy ignorant, these store owners will pay big time - big loss!

Terrible customer service. I ordered a small order of holiday cards and photos this morning with same day pick up option. It said it would be ready by 5:45 pm. At 7pm I walked in to pick up. The photo employee avoided me for 5 minutes working behind the counter. Finally when a line started forming she looked up and said what did you order? I gave my last name and what I ordered online. She shut me down right away and said did you get an email saying it was ready? I said the email I received when placing the order said it would be ready at 5:45 and it was now 7pm. She said that they were about a day behind and are processing in the order received. She was very unfriendly and rude. Why allow customers to order same day if that's not possible? Why not email or call customers saying they have a delay vs having customers come in person to find out? I live 30 minutes away and didn't appreciate the waste of time and trip. Very disappointed overall.

This is a great Walgreens with good customer service. It's located near me so that is a bonus as well. If you use your customer savings number you get money back sometime. I'd like it and it's easy to park here as well

Well, just waited in line for 45 minutes while the line didn’t move. Didn’t get my Rx’s. Cars lined up around the parking lot. I don’t understand, I always leave the line if it’s going to take more than 5 minutes. What the hell??? Make the person MOVE!

I started with all my prescription same day for 90 refils. Now my 6 prescriptions are all over different dates. Put my prescriptions on auto file 10 times over the years, and never happen. There has been times my 90 dats. They didnt have 90 days. I got chstmrged same amount. The next order shorter time period got same charge. When i said when you can fill my order full i'll come get them, they couldnt do that id get the new charge which always the same. Plus many times t personal have bben not the most pleasant. No wonder they only have 3 stars out of 5. I gave 2 outbof kindness.

Went to pick some photos up today. There was a lady working behind the counter but for some reason she acted like she could not see us. So we waited patiently for over 5 minutes before going to find someone else to help us. When we found someone they said "there is a lady at the counter" I told him "we have been standing in front of that lady and have not been acknowledged". So he decided to help us himself when he couldn't find our photos he started to mumble softly under his breath as if it was our fault he couldn't find them. When he found them he took our payment he did not even apologize for being ignored or being able to find our pictures. Do not go to this Walgreens go to Rite-aid! Edit: just got home with my photos and more then 5 of the photos came out with lines. I would go back but I don't want to deal with this place ever again lesson learned. Don't get pictures printed here!

I was late getting off work tonight and hurried to make it to pick up my prescriptions before 10pm. I arrived at 9:58pm with 1 car in line in front of me. I knew there was a slight chance that I would be able to pick them up tonight but I had to try. Very rude cashier (the blonde one). I was waiting in line and she told me "common" when it was my turn after just a second in a condescending tone like she was in rush. If you don't know how to talk to customers stay home or find a non customer facing job! I expect a better customer service when pay a premium price at Walgreens!

I wanted to thank the pharmacist that worked last night, 3/19/21. I came just 20 minutes before closing to get an ER visit script filled. They went above and beyond to fill it. Thank you so much, it meant alot.
