The pharmacy service, their app and communication is poor. Many times the location is closed. Messages are sent that say to call but the site is closed. I wouldn’t use the site specifically ever. Walgreens also needs to get their app and communication figured out and stop confusing people. I know times are hard but medications are crucial for many individuals health. I understand they have a lot of hoops to jump through with insurance and all but it isn’t helpful to the consumer how they are currently operating. I also contacted corporate and they passed me off like my concerns wasn’t theirs. Sad

They change the pharmacy hours without telling any of their patients they just put up a sign in front of the pharmacy they're never able to fill any prescriptions, On time! You get text messages and email saying that prescriptions are ready you go in to pick them up and they don't have them ready. I have been out of a medication that I've been trying to get from them for 3 days. I'm done with this Pharmacy I will have my doctor send my prescription somewhere else.

Gary in pharmacy was very helpful and went the extra mile in helping to figure out what was going on with my prescription.

My daughter & her friends went to this Walgreens to get some snacks, which turned out to be a horrible racist experience for them, yes my daughter & her friends are POC. Old wyt lady asked if they had money to buy, and asked “are you sure….well I guess they can be in here,”when in fact they were only asking her friends that were darker skinned color.

The pharmacy here has been closed so much I can’t believe it. I was told they won’t be open until Monday now again. I can’t imagine how people with medications they need for serious health conditions can wait. Horrible

This Walgreens pharmacy has gone down hill. It took 5 days to get my prescription filled! When I went in the store there was 4 customers in front of me, they didn't get their prescription filled either. The pharmacist said he doesn't know how long it will be or even if it happens at all, he was so rude to the customer and myself. The pharmacist was also very rude to my husband who is dying of cancer.i will never go back there. I felt so bad for the young lady working at the register, she was struggling.

I went to have 4 prescription's refilled -RX's I've been on for 4-5 years. My insurance lapsed due to job change, so I was prepared to pay out of pocket. The pharmacist refused to refill my prescriptions because it was "out of the ordinary for someone to pay out of pocket." And would need to speak with my doctor. I said, "to be clear, if I had insurance you would fill these, but since I'm paying out of pocket, you wont?" The pharmacist said "yes." I said "That doesn't make any sense." Her reply was, "sir, there's a lot in this world that doesn't make sense." When I told this story to the store manager she said "theres no way she would have said that." Now, I'm out of prescriptions that I need because I don't have insurance.

Yesterday I was not treated as a loyal customer that has been going there for 10 plus years. They made a healthy profit off of me by a $113 dollars. I was rushed, I felt overwhelmed because of the price that I would be paying out of pocket for my prescription due to the fact that I don't have insurance anymore so I was very unsure and not exactly sure what would be the best deal on my prescription so instead of helping me to say money they helped me to pay more money. The manager made me feel terrible treated me unfair as well as made me feel like I should have known it was my fault and there was nothing absolutely that she could do for me.

I’ve been a frequent and loyal customer of this location for 20+ years. I’ve been getting the same controlled substance rx for the last 6 years, every month, using their discount card paying between $65-$75. . Today, I went to pick up my rx (which I was notified was ready). The Pharmacist (Jamie) said wait right here. She spent about 10-15 minutes with my rx in hand, looking at her computer. Finally, she said it’s $238. I said no, I’m on your discount program. She said, they cancelled the discount for this quantity 6 years ago. I said I’ve never paid that much and I get this every month. She said that’s what it is, no concern, no compassion, zero customer service.I did pay, I had no choice. Getting it transferred would take at least 4 days. I’m being punished for needing this medication to function.I will never, ever set foot in another Walgreens again. I suggest anyone else who doesn’t have insurance check carefully because they’ll randomly stop programs without notice and you’re stuck paying almost 4x what other pharmacies charge for the same generic meds.I’m also posting this review wherever I can and suggestions are welcome. This is criminal. If I could give zero stars I would.

At this location the employee Sherry was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me locate a pair of crutches at other locations, where other stores offered little to no assistance. Her customer service is highly commendable. She's an excellent example to be followed.

Probably the worst Walgreens near me. Extremely long lines, out of stock on certain items, lack of good customer service. I'd rather go to another pharmacy that's nearby than stop by here, even if it's in a convenient location.

I hate giving a poor review. I try to find the good in every situation and want to build up a business and highlight where it shines! However, today was my tipping point and giving this disaster of a pharmacy 1 star is way, way, way too generous. I'm pretty sure when you fill out a job application to work at Walgreens and specifically the pharmacy, the first question is "Are you completely inept and unfriendly?" A simple YES, and you're hired. The pharmacist is completely overwhelmed and in over her head. Today, on her day off, my doctor was on hold for over an hour to call in a script for an urgently needed medication. Without it, my only option would be to call 911 and go to the ER. I then had to call and waited about 50 minutes on hold, only to be told, and I quote: "Go to another pharmacy. I can't help you, I'm here by myself and I don't know what to do. The drive-thru is backed-up, the phone won't stop ringing and I can't handle it". To her credit, the pharmacist did call to let me know she had filled it. My husband was already in the long, slow line to pick it up. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME on you Walgreens Corporate for allowing your business to be be run so poorly, so inefficiently. I don't think excellent customer service would crack the top 10 things you teach your employees. It's exactly why we switched to an on-line mail order pharmacy. For emergency medications, in this case EPI-pens, we must use Walgreens, as the on-line pharmacy does take several days to receive your prescription. We were loyal customers for about 20 years because that's the only pharmacy our insurance allowed us to use. In all that time, I can confidently say that we have never, even one time, had a smooth, error free experience. I've received someone else's prescription, I've received drugs I'm allergic too because they failed to verify through their computer my allergies. I've had horrible after horrible experiences with this pharmacy and their staff. Most, if not all of the time, the Walgreens App would say my prescription was ready, only to find when arriving to pick it up, that is would be hours before it was ready. The drive-thru lane moves slower than a turtle. They need to staff it, or close it. Today's experience just reinforced that leaving that chaos and confusion behind was the best thing we've ever done. I'll be leaving it completely now- I'll use a different pharmacy for the life-saving urgent meds that I can't get quickly from my prescription delivery pharmacy. Seriously, if Walgreens can't employ enough people to run the pharmacy, they need to close. Yes, we all need to be more patient these days, but stores need to at least show some effort. It's clear they don't value their customers and I'd wager they're treating employees even worse. For crying out loud, Walgreens, get your pharmacies staffed appropriately. You've now lost me twice as a customer, and this time I'll never step foot in your store again.

Zero stars if I couldNot only have they completely forgone what the online and phone information is for Walgreens covid vaccinations they are beyond rude about it also. Turning me away with an entitled attitude, and lacking any compassion about it…I’ve come in three times to this location alone (and two others) to get my second vaccination and all three times turned away; simply because they don’t want to… they don’t want to open another vial of vaccination at 5:45p (they are open until 7p), next time they decide on the spot that day they don’t want to take walk ins, albeit they were taking walk-ins just one day prior and their info says they except walk-ins.. they just decided they wouldn’t as of today, also the pharmacy open hours are incorrect, they are not open on Sundays. They have a 100 excuses why they can’t help or accommodate you during their open hours. Hire more people, if your open you should be vaccinating regardless of it means opening a second vial in the hour and half before you close… that is your job. Also important to note only a few of the pharmacies in the area have Pfiezer vaccinations and they are the locations with more restricted hours, all the others with more convenient hours are Moderna only.I’m picking a new pharmacy even tho this is the most convenient location to where I live, I vote with my business and my boots are walkin

Don't make an appointment here for anything and think it will matter. Twice I've made appointments for myself and my son (so 4 different appointments) & they've not once been on time. It's ridiculous, not sure why they offer appointments at all. I may as well just have been a walk in. They had the wrong address and phone number - I corrected this the first time came again today & it was wrong still. Get it together people. I'll definitely NOT be coming back here for anything. I don't appreciate my time being wasted. Currently 25 mins past my appointment time & still waiting..........
