I will not return here. I don't have much luck with Walgreens period, but this place told me that they couldn't make any changes to match prices online at the website or app and also told me that all the online prices are good for all stores. The 2 statements don't jibe so I wonder how they don't get in trouble for false advertising?! So I couldn't get my items at the prices I thought they were going to be for the coupons clipped this a.m. because then even the manager didn't listen to what the bottom price was. So I left without buying anything. But I was also told by the cashier after I put my phone number in that he couldn't end the transaction since I HAD ASKED TO LET ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE WAITING BEHIND ME TO GO FIRST. But he couldn't do that and said he couldn't stop once he got to the payment screen and had to wait for the "manager" lady. I asked what happens when people don't want to buy something after all but he reiterated he couldn't stop at the payment stage. But when the manager lady came she didn't listen well to me and ran off without getting the price right so the cashier still wasn't getting the right price so I said I wasn't buying it at that price, I wanted the advertised price! So I left finally without my items without caring about his problem. I called later and spoke to the management lady who offered me rewards points -- I said I don't shop often enough here to use that. ALL I WANTED WAS MY 2 ITEMS AT THE ADVERTISED PRICE! I am ALSO very unhappy to be basically held HOSTAGE in line by this cashier when I wanted to stop the transaction originally. This Walgreens and the downtown Vancouver Walgreens have failed me repeatedly, especially about getting vaccines over the last few years -- vaccines that they claim to have but don't once you get in there.

Came in here today around 5:30 pm to send money. I was making payment at the register, then an older lady came up and interrupts the transaction and insisted to move to a different register instead, while the machine was already printing the receipts. we moved to another register but she could not complete the transaction because Western Union turned offline..the transaction should have been completed in the beginning but because of the interruption in which causing it to fail. no effort to resolve the problem, and leaving the building with disappointment. ?

I don't really write reviews and I certainly don't like to drag businesses, but I feel like people who rely on medication to live need to know this. The pharmacy is *extremely* unreliable; just don't use them. I've been using them for about a year to get my prescriptions refilled because they were the closest pharmacy that took my insurance. Several times I've waited days to pick up my refill only to have it cancelled or to learn that the pharmacy has closed temporarily. And I'm not talking about the 1:30-2:00 lunch break they always take -- I mean the entire pharmacy is shut down for an undetermined period of time. They don't communicate about it with you, either. I get the sense that they're extremely understaffed at this location, so I'm not upset with the pharmacists themselves; I feel very bad for them. It seems like Walgreens as a whole needs to get its act together.

Worst customer service, I literally sat on hold for and hour and 45 minutes and no one answered at all! I started my call at 205 pm and finally hung up at 350 pm. I know that they take lunch from 130-200pm. Attached picture showing the time I started the phone call!

I went to Walgreens on Andresen in Vancouver, WA this afternoon. I wanted to give Haley a kudos. She was very helpful many times and went out of her way for me. I just wasted my time on the stupid survey just to give her kudos, but it was not available. How disappointing!!!

I like this location. I can't specifically say why? I have three I can reach on transportation and two are more frequent. This is one of them. Friendly workers, a calmer feel ( unsure why?) And solid Walgreens selection.

I came here yesterday to fill two prescriptions: one common and one uncommon. I was told that they could order the common one, but they had no access to the uncommon one. I decided to try to find both elsewhere. The other pharmacy only had the uncommon Rx, so I had that filled. Today I returned to Walgreens and they told me they neither possess nor have access to the common medication they offered to order yesterday. Their only explanation was that there is a new pharmacist. Can you believe they let these stooges handle and distribute controlled substances? It's honestly messed up. You can tell the place is inherently chaotic. Alas, this is what I get for trying to spend money at a place that provides unequal healthcare to women. #BoycottWalgreens

Probably one of the most unfriendly and unhelpful staff! I was there to pick up my curbside order and was helped by a seemingly “stressed out” manager (from her facial expressions). I had found an item in the clearance section without a price tag and asked her if she could help me only to be told that she didn’t have the ability (!). When I went to the front, person at the checkout (who never greeted anyone who was entering the store) seemed irritated when I asked him to check the price and barely said ac word. I shop often at Walgreens but will stay away from this one now on.

Don't be a colored man in this store! I went to lab corps and got my blood drawn, the older gentleman that took care of me was kind and professional. I took time out of my day to browse the store, but couldn't find anything on my list and decided to leave. A very old white man thought I was stealing because I didn't make a purchase. As his higher up was telling him to not make a scene because A. I wasn't being sketchy (there's a difference between a tweaker lurking the isles and someone trying to find things they are planning to buy) and B. STILL had the bandage wrapped around my arm from getting my blood drawn. He still try's to ask me what's in my pockets because I'm a colored male. Honestly disgusting and hurts, what does he want me to do turn in to the big bad predator and look like the bad guy when he's instigating the entire situation? Absolutely unbelievable. I'm more than glad I didn't spend any money at the shit hole establishment. Thanks for nothing. I do recommend the lab corps inside unfortunately.

Wow.. so i had a child with a broken tooth. I have bad legs. So i thought "how convenient" I'll use the curbside 30 minute pickup.. WHAT A JOKE. IT'S BEEN AN HOUR.. I called the number... it's another ridiculous 20 minutes of being on hold.. so they finally answer and they haven't EVEN STARTED IT!! I realize they are short staffed.. BUT MAYBE YOU SHOULDN'T ADVERTISE WHAT YOU CAN'T HONOR.... I'm short staffed too which is WHY I WANTED THE CURBSIDE PICKUP!

The service is simply below the level, they came with the children to take photos. They paid $ 120 for the services, they could not use the toilet for children, they refused to give us a code, they said, only for staff. They work very slowly, printing a photo for five people takes about an hour.

This PHARMACY keeps randomly closing when people are relying on them to be open, as per their posted hours, for their health. I have terminal cancer and need my prescriptions. They have blamed COVID (gee, other stores can handle it), staffing shortages (maybe pay more and people will work for you?), etc. I have heard Walgreens is doing this in every state to save money. There are several states suing them (according to news I read on google) so I'm 1. changing pharmacies as this is the fourth time they have done this and 2. alerting the AG's office. I'd recommend going anywhere else.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used. They are understaffed, will post signs up saying they are closed & have them up for days at a time.They deleted out my script refill - knowing it can take a week to get an answer back or a refill from my doctor.Their staff is rude, unprofessional and ridiculous (they told me my script deletion was a system error & then tried to blame my doctor.) Go anywhere but here.
