When you try to talk to someone in pharmacy, their automated voice system sends you to a "pharmacy call center" not to the actual pharmacy where your prescriptions are filled. After talking to the call center (but not realizing they aren't the actual pharmacy) for 10 minutes and that person not understanding what I needed, I was then transferred to the actual pharmacy at the store where the technician did quickly grasp what needed to be done but was in a hurry so basically cut me off when I tried to ask what should I have said to the automated voice system to actually be transferred to the pharmacy to begin with, not to their call center. She just repeated several times that I needed to tell the person at the call center I wanted to speak to pharmacy. But what I wanted to know was how to skip that step and be sent to pharmacy through the automated voice system. I think there is no way to skip that step, you have to request to speak to pharmacy from person answering at call center. But I'm still not sure if there is a quicker way because person at actually pharmacy could not tell me that. Probably not.

I am so disappointed by their treatment of a relative, that I will no longer utilize this store and will tell others of my relative's experience.Relative had come in for covid/flu vaccines. Had made an appointment and showed up on time. He was told his insurance did not cover the vaccines and the total cost for both would be $200. He left. When he called me seeking help, I read through his policy and vaccines are 100% covered by his local pharmacy. NOT WALGREENS. When I called the pharmacy to inquire on behalf of my relative, they said that his insurance does not cover vaccines (WRONG). When I explained their website says vaccines are covered even if you don't have insurance, they said you have to sign up and qualify for a federal program before they will cover it. Per the Walgreens website: "At this time, COVID-19 vaccines will be provided at no cost, regardless of insurance status." Hasn't Walgreens received federal funding for administering the Covid vaccines? Are they double dipping?I cannot help but think of others that have been turned away. SHAME ON YOU.

Hello,I was just completing an Instacart order at Walgreens located at 6105 NE 114TH AVE, Vancouver, WA, and the store clerk/manager James was extremely rude. I had two items, one was a bag of candy and the other one was oxy clean. The oxy clean has cleaning film/residue on the outside of it. I asked if the clerk could put the items in separate bags for the customer, upon which he said no. I said I'm a customer I would like them both in separate bags. He said no, you're not, you're a vendor, which I replied, I'm an Instacart shopper, and I would like the items placed in separate bags please because one item is cleaner, and He refused saying, "it's already in a bag." I told him I was going to go to his manager about this, and he said "I am the manager"...it turns out he is just a shift leader. His behavior is unstable and does not make me want to continue shopping at the store. I do not feel safe shopping here the way that he displayed such anger and rudeness. I do not want to go to the Better Business Bureau about this but I think I'm going to. I need somebody to contact me about this because this is completely unacceptable. I don't understand how Walgreens is going to continue successfully the way that store clerks like this treat people. It is disgusting. This store clerk has mental issues he needs to address, and this experience was abysmal.

I appreciate the medication disposal box located inside near the pharmacy.Staff is knowledgeable and friendly always to me, even when I have brought in my dog-thank you Walgreens!

Horrible pharmacy. Understaffed and vaccination appointments mean nothing. We waisted over an hour for nothing.

Thank you so much to pharmacist Tom/Thomas who helped me over the phone and in store with the purchase and directions for utilizing potentially lifesaving medication. I hope I never have to use it but will be prepared if I do thanks to his help

Google maps said the pharmacy was open at 8, arrived to find it isn't open until 10...appreciate the wasted time, gas, etc.

The head pharmacist is outstanding; but the pharmacy is almost always UNDERSTAFFED. That's why you can expect to wait on hold for over 45 minutes to speak to someone about why a prescription was not filled. Also, the techs hardly ever enter your rewards phone number when paying for your meds. Pre=pandemic, I would have rated this pharmacy a 5, now it's barely a 1.

I made an appointment for a Covid vaccine booster and annual influenza vaccination. Apparently their website allowed them to be double booked somehow or way overbooked so they were getting hammered the day I showed up for my appointment. The pharmacy staff couldn’t have been nicer and handled everybody quickly and courteously, even though they were getting slammed… The pharmacist that I dealt with was great, I didn’t get his name, but he was very calm and seemingly unflappable even in the face of The crash of humanity with everyone trying to get vaccinated.
The cashier I dealt with when I checked out with some purchases I also made at the same time, I couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful… I definitely would go back to this Walgreens location again.

the rude pharmacy techs is unbelievable here ... doesnt matter the day or time. im going to move to a new store. wish the store manager would manage the employees better ... they are total bitches. Especially the pregnant one.
