Don't bother if you have Molina, they don't accept it. Go literally anywhere else, this pharmacy is awful.

This is a horrible pharmacy. If you want to be ignored, treated rudely, and given medication that you’ve never taken before and not have it explained at all then go here. They charged me $27.50 for an inhaler I have never taken before and did not bother to tell me I was getting it or ask about it being new. And despite it being 10 minutes since pickup and the medication is still sealed in its box stapled inside the bag they refuse to take it back. Horrible customer service. Horrible policy. I will be seeking some sort of resolution.

I have had mostly good experiences with this pharmacy but there is no excuse for their lack of modern bicycle parking. This rack is archaic and in a place where it has already been hit by a car hard enough to bend it. I fear for my bicycle every time I go in to pick up a prescription.

This pharmacy is convenient to where I live but I also come because they have what I have been prescribed and their prices are cheaper than alot of other places. I have been using GoodRX and this pharmacy is not always the cheapest but they are not the most expensive. The staff is friendly overall but maybe a little robotic. I wish they would be a bit more interactive.

This location deserves a one star due to the fact half the workers are literal a$$hol3s. I'm sorry but I simply ask question about when and if they'll get things or if they will be put out and I get snarky comments making me feel so uncomfortable. It's truly so simple to just BE NICE. but yet some people still cannot do it. I just moved over here and so far all the stores around me should be poorly rated because of the poor customer service. I work in a restaurant so I truly get it, but it doesn't give me the right to be rude. Especially to customers who are nothing but polite.

I got some really cool drug deals here and I am not complaining. LOL . I was looking for a few supplements at Costco and they had been out for a few weeks now and Walgreens actually had those and there was a BOGO offer on almost everything I was looking for . I honestly thought that was a steal and if you are a reward member, even better . The Pharmacy staff is also friendly and quick and there are no long wait times , I called them to transfer an order in and the process was super smooth .They are not very well stocked for other Knick -knacks and the shelves are a little scattered around which is inconvenient but I do understand that they are also short-staffed like every other place these days . Parking is right out front and readily available most days .

Had an issue with a different pharmacy in which they refused to fill a prescription that they've given me in the past and that I've been taking for 21 years, so I called and spoke with Kay, the pharmacist there. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond in ensuring that I got the help I needed. She verified i would have no problem picking up my medication and got me entered into the system for a seamless pick up later. Thank you so much!

This review actually applies to all the Walgreens. Their website, Instacart, is totally inaccurate. It will say there is a product available at a store, but when you call the store they don't have it. I gave it two stars because the employee at the store did check the inventory right away. Another case of don't trust the internet!

EDIT: The pharmacy has contacted me and kindly agreed to replace the expired prescription, and I truly appreciate it. As such, I have reversed my rating. Overall I really like this Walgreens and will continue to use this pharmacy. Going forward, I will take more responsibility to check expiration dates myself.Sold an EXPIRED $145 prescription. Pharmacist blamed the manufacturer for supplying older product, but I blame the pharmacist for poor quality control. The date of expiration should have been checked and a warning should have been given if it was about to expire (as it was.) I spoke with the manufacturer, they supply the product ideally 20 months from expiration. The distributor may have sat on the product, but Walgreens may have too. Last year I received the same prescription from the same location and its expiration isn't even due yet.

I had a really, really poor experience at this location. I knew it had pretty low reviews, but what can go wrong with an online order, right? I was calling to try to find my ship-to-store item, as the shipper info said "in transit" for over a week. I talked to two people at the store, and the person in charge of the shipping area did not even attempt to help. She asked no questions at all, not.even.my.name or purchase number, just saying basically "we get what we get when we get it." I called the main Walgreens contact number, and after being on hold for an hour, the guy on the phone called the same location I had just spoken to. My package was there. I have no idea how long it had been there, having received no communication that my box had arrived, as is standard for Walgreens. When I went to pick up my item, I complained strongly about the lack of helpfulness when I had first called trying to find my package and ended up speaking to the same girl I talked to initially. She gave no apology whatsoever. She kept cutting me off, insisting it was a miscommunication. Nope. That's not a miscommunication. That is what happens when zero effort is applied to helping a customer. Bed enough for me to write a review, which I never do.

Rude lady from the fragrance counter I literally called 3 TIMES for an item she clearly didn't hear over the phone and said "I'm not going to argue with you" after I told her that there's 2 in stock showing from the Walgreens app.
