Zero star if possible. Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes with a car in-front of me and one behind me. Another 15 minutes was spent at the front of the line looking in. While at the front of the line I saw five customers inside the pharmacy get helped. When I called they said they were doing their best. When they finally came to the window the pharmacist said she was doing her best. I gave her the facts (5:1) help ratio, 45 minutes in line and asked why that is her best? She just kept repeating, "are you saying I am not doing my best?" like she was trying to start a fight. Very immature for a professional. She sent her manager over who gave no apology and didn't seem to understand that helping 5 people in one line and zero in the other was not logical. I didn't want to be a total Karen so I left and plan on moving my business to Amazon or Target or CVS or ....

I wish I could leave zero stars for this pharmacy. It's hard enough dealing with the judgement from the world that I have ADHD, but to also have to deal with it form anyone is healthcare of any kind is unacceptable. I went for 20+ years managing without medication, but when I started managing multiple locations and over 50 people I needed something. So now I take a very small dose 15mg, just enough to get me through my work day, and these people at the HWY 99 & 99th St. location are HORRIBLE. I can legally call in and pick up my Rx up to 3 days before it's due. If I remember I try hard to do that. I manage a team of 65 traveling and as hoc employees so I'm working 5-10's and 4-8 hours on the weekend, plus and travel fairly regularly so there's a lot going on. Yesterday when I called the "lady" who didn't give me her name, told me I was trying to pick it up too soon and I "should have enough" (which I do). She was SO RUDE when I asked why I cant just call it in since I'm in the 3 day window, and pick it up whenever they say I'm "allowed" to, I let her know that last month when I called the day before (as instructed) they had just ran out and I had to wait 3 days for them to "borrow some" from another pharmacy, which is also illegal to transport a controlled substance in that manner, but whatever. So anyway, this unnamed person decides I'm a drug a drug seeker and told me that every pharmacy has different policies and if I don't like theirs, feel free to transfer my prescription to somewhere else. Today I call, because she said I could yesterday, and was told (after she looked to see if they had any) that I technically can't call it in until the end of the 30th day?? which make zero damn sense. I have worked in healthcare for over 30 years and I have NEVER had to deal with this level of nonsense. I cannot wait to pick up my last RX with these asshats so I can pay full fees at Fred Meyer's where they actually know what they're doing and don't treat their patrons like garbage. I'm done with Walgreens, and not just the pharmacy. The whole company can go to hell before I spend a single cent in their stores. PS- If anyone from Walgreens actually reads these, don't be so cowardly and put a review option on your store pages.

Zero stars. Colleen, the pharmacist, is incredibly rude and unprofessional. She probably feels inept at her job and that's why she doesn't connect well with customers. Jenny, the store manager, is just as bad. After filing a complaint, she retaliated by saying that they couldn't "meet my needs" and suggested that I have my rxs filled somewhere else. I guess "my needs" for common courtesy and respect are above their pay grade. No worries. After giving thousands of dollars to Walgreens, I'm taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of pharmacies in the Vancouver area where professionalism and friendliness aren't that difficult. For Colleen and Jenny, it apparently is.

I went there to pick up medications, and since there were only 2 cars in front of the drive-through I decided to just use that. HUGE MISTAKE! It took 35 minutes for them to service 2 cars, and I wasn't able to get out of the line because I had a car behind me. When it was my turn, it also took forever for them to find my order in the system, find my meds and give it to me. Do yourself a favor and go inside the store. It is always much faster.

worst f*****g experience with supposed professionals. I call for an adderall prescription because I just got diagnosed with adhd. I call my pharmacy and am on hold for about ten minutes. because of my current diagnosis I zoned out so bad I forgot who I had called. I said "sorry, zoned out there for a second. who did I call again?" I say a version of this three to four times and all I get is "how can I help you with increasing pissy back end time. then my girlfriend who wasn't even in the room and overheard reminded me. I never gave them any attitude even though I have given them my insurance three times now and yet they still need it a fourth time...worst pharmacy in vancouver.

Bad experiences on the phone with the pharmacy today, waited 40 minutes on hold this afternoon around 3 PM to ask about a prescription, finally talked with someone. I believe the person I talked to has some intellectual challenges, seemed very slow to understand what I was asking, asked me the same question three times. I don't believe this is the right person to answering customer calls.\\n\\nI have been on hold again this evening for 59 minutes so far listening to \\\"We're sorry, our staff is answering other calls. Please hold on and we'll with you shortly.\\\"\\n\\nLikely time to see if the grass is greener in another field, this pharmacy's service has declined considerably.

I just left the pharmacy in a great mood. When I got there, I was frustrated with my insurance, with the fact that I couldn't find my med on GoodRX or SingleCare, and that I couldn't reach Walgreens by phone.JoAnn helped me with getting an on-line coupon and improving my mood. THANK YOU VERY MUCH JOANN!

Don’t bother sending your rx here, they are experiencing staff shortages so the pharmacy hours are an irregular joke. This means that you can’t get your meds from them, but you also can’t easily transfer your rx to another pharmacy because they are closed during their normal business hours so often. This caused me to delay getting an urgent and time sensitive medication for 2 full days from the time I was supposed to pick it up. Protect yourself and go elsewhere!

Super nice staff but a lack of it most times . Every time I have been here they are understaffed but the ones that are present try to do their best to resolve the issue . I took an appointment and went to the pharmacy only to find out they were closed and they couldn't even send an email or text ?? why the need to sign up for text if you cant even text of closures or cancellation. Severely understocked as well and the shelves are kind of empty with only discounted /seasonal items .

I have had the worst experiences with Walgreens everywhere. I have had so much trouble getting my prescription refilled. I have been waiting all week for it to be filled and now I've been sitting on hold for 2 hours!! It's ridiculous, fix your shit Walgreens!!

This place is really awful. You get notified your prescription is ready and arrive during posted hours only to find out that they are closed because they don’t have enough staff. A Fortune 500 company that provides a critical service, but they can’t have adequate staff to be open during their posted hours. They suggested I go to another Walgreens, which I did. Two days in a row, and both days I was told I couldn’t get it because they were too backed up. Too backed up to fill a bottle for me that day, despite having made me wait for two days because they were closed when they said they were open and despite my telling them I would suffer withdrawals if I didn’t get my refill. Instead of apologizing or expediting, I was told I should have ordered it earlier.

Constantly blocking refills with "Action needed" only to have no explanation as to why, constantly failing to renew prescriptions on time, which for some reason pushes back the NEXT automatic refill too, why?? Closed without explanation, constantly cycling through staff. Awful. Most expensive healthcare system in the world and it can't even function properly.
