This place is the top place to for Subaru service! Tim is super knowledgeable and an overall good guy! He will give you the right info and not jerk you around. Shop is clean and the rest of the staff are super professional and nice!

My 2019 Subaru Outback has had a parasitic drain on the battery that has left me stranded at less than a year old to now five years old. Six batteries later, paired with stomach turning gaslighting from the local car dealerships (I have a 7 year electronic warranty), I was ready to jump ship from Subaru. This is my third Outback. Enter Tim at VSR performance. Tim helped me problem-solve and find out how to get the aggravating issue taken care of. He is fair in price and offers exceptional customer service. I have now had him service my care a number of times. Subaru owners, I highly recommend VSR for your service needs.

Found this shop via Google and the reviews seemed legit. I’ve learned first hand just how right everyone is about this shop. They’ve been honest and upfront about services I need and don’t, especially after switching from the local dealership that has continued to disappoint me. My car is running better than ever and I recommend Tim and his shop to anyone in the Portland/Vancouver market who drives a Subaru. You won’t go wrong at this shop.

Fantastic Subaru mechanic!

Tim has been an amazing guy and is not afraid to answer questions for you. He always makes sure that you kept up-to-date with your vehicle during A repair process there are no hidden fees here with other Performance shop. I’ve been to. They’re definitely a cut above the rest and I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else being able to do everything from Jen repair to Performance building and tuning while also being one on one with customers with no hidden fees, or trying to pull a fast one earned my business for a lifetime.

It's pretty rare I encounter a repair job I don't have time or tools for. VSR pressed some hubs and bearings for me that were a little out of my comfort zone. They did it fast and right. No complaints. Tim knows his stuff and it's been a pleasure working with him, will be back in the future. Thanks!

Tim was the guy I talked to and he helped me out and kept me updated throughout the entire project. I called around everywhere and VSR were the only ones willing to completely manufacture from scratch a hard brake line for me. Not only did they fix my brake line but when I asked them to be careful cause my WRX’s e-brake doesn’t hasn’t ever functioned, but when they returned the car to me with ALL of my brakes including the e-brake were fully functioning and working better than ever. They really went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations not only in customer service but there dedication to quality service, repair, and craftsmanship. They even gave me a free inspection without me asking and let me know of other issues they found that I should be aware about for the future. Thank you Tim and the other guys at VSR I hope y’all have an amazing Christmas and New year.
