The sign on the door says open until 7 pm, so you can imagine how pleased I was to show up at 5 pm on a Friday and find the place closed up like King Tut's tomb.

The Victra Verizon store in Vancouver has really great Service and Abby the associate is knowledgeable, patient and gives good advice when or if you need a phone upgrade as well as knowledge of the accessory products.

Worst experience, employees are useless I couldn't get any help or a clear answer with my issues all I got was a "my hands are tied" when I called customer service there was a lady who helped me with my problem in under 5 mins. Service at this location is horrible, undertrained, and is a waste of time.

I was there yesterday and helped by Jacob Radkey. I was highly impressed with his patience, professionalism, and willingness to go way beyond what most people would do to ensure all my issues were taken care of. He stayed late after the store closed to make sure I wouldn’t have to come back. I greatly appreciate good people like Jacob. Thanks!
