Amazing help getting our account fixed and properly set up. Stood on business with the call service person ensuring the account was set up, making sure they sent us a temporary password for something instead of giving a personal password on the recorded phone call and were an overall nice group of people here. Definitely coming here again. Especially if you need something done😤

My girl was super knowledgeable, but Verizon was having issues so it a very long time. Like buying a car. Happy now that I have my phone, but it was not easy

Some buddies and I had to make a stop and get eSIMS set up. Phones weren’t being cooperative at first, but Mary and Ray were super knowledgeable and able to get them working! Definitely some of the best reps I’ve ever met. Highly recommend speaking with them if your phone is being difficult.

Wow, I had an amazing experience with Victra who was able to fix my lines VERY quick that when I was on the phone for 5 hours, no one was able to fix it. She also looked in my account and applied appropriate credits. What an awesome service. Thanks a lottttt.

Both of the people that helped me with my new phone were awesome. Ray and maybe Mary helped us didn’t quite get the woman’s name. But they were both more helpful than any one customer service rep I’ve dealt with. I had to bring my daughter in today with me and my fiance and she ended up throwing a fit because of the lengthy nature of our needs. But that was no issue for them and they even put on a movie for her trying to help distract her even if it didn’t work too well on her. Thank you both so much I can’t wait to come back in.

I had downloaded an app that put a virus on my phone. I went to Verizon for help because I could not get the app to delete
Mary was the Verizon associate who helped me..she had the magic touch and resolved my problem in about a minute. Thank you Mary for fast and friendly service!

Troy and Mary were amazing. Switching from At&t after almost 20 years was scary- but they made it easy and the transfer went smooth.
This would have been an easy 5 start review- but on trip 2 out of 3, we encountered 2 girls one evening that had bad attitudes and the worst customer service I have possibly experienced. I was embarrassed for management by their sour treatment to new customers. I would have died if my office team members acted like this. They need some serious training and attitude adjustments or find a new way to make a living- they are not suited for customer service or any sort of teamwork type environment. They literally didn't want to help us set up our phones because they didn't not place the order and in the end said their system crashed I think- just so she didn't have to finish off the deal by making the transfer when our new phones came in. The lead up to the refusal was so rude and awkward. She made it sound like it was a lot of work.
Ironically, the next day my husband picked up the phones- our 16 year old set up his own and I ran in after work and Mary finished mine up in minutes.

We spent 3 hours for upgrading and addding a new line, the stuff doesn’t know what they are doing and clueless of their job,
Waste of time! I don’t suggest this location
