If you want atrocious customer service, from corp reps who are totally incapable of fixing the mistakes of incompetent sales staff, this is absolutely the phone company for you!Clearly all that extra $$ spent for maybe slightly better coverage, maybe, is used to appease shareholders and line C-Suite pockets because it certainly isn't spent on training or developing their team members.Maybe rather than paying millions to hire B-list celebrities for your commercials you reinvest some of that money back into helping those of us that pay you thousands of dollars per year, by taking your service from shocking to just mediocre??

they should put informed and educated people in customer service. Especially when dealing with changing over carriers.The uninformed and uneducated individuals that they have there now have caused me a lot of stress. I regret switching to Verizon.

Stevie and the Manager Tiffany were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me and my family switch over to Verizon and they made the whole process quick and painless. They made sure to answer all of our questions and met all of our needs. Thank you for such a positive and pleasant experience! Highly recommended!

Absolutely most incompetent group of overpaid and underperforming employees at this store. Could not figure out how to get a brand new phone activated and refused to talk to me Even though I am the primary account owner. Avoid the store at all costs. Verizon needs to come in and fire a bunch of people here, look at the rest of the reviews it's clearly not a one off issue!!!

The nice gentleman that started helping me was doing great! However the female manager walked up and scolded him about showing us the difference in prices and different options. Then told him to go find someone else to help, she’ll take over. She is lacking customer service skills but more importantly she shouldn’t be in a management position if she doesn’t know how to treat people. Instead of me adding 3 more lines to my account I left feeling saddened for the nice employee who was doing a great job.

Verizon sucks, and the lady manager here is kinda hostile when she realizes you've left. I was told on phone to go to a store, then at that store told to go to a further store, then told at this store to call customer service. Thankfully she decided she could indeed do the job and got me the info.

Came into this store with a Samsung watch that started malfunctioning out of no where. After they briefly tried to figure it out and couldn't, they proceeded to tell me that there's nothing I can do but buy a new watch, or go to Best buy to see if they can fix it!!? I could not believe that. I called customer service, complained, and got a free watch coming now. Do not go to this location!! Call customer service with tech issues.

Took all of two hours back-and-forth between Verizon customer care, and the very in attentive and aloof associates in this corporate store, to finally and simply be told that they did not have stock in the phone I was looking for.Instead of correctly recognizing what I was asking, they sent me on a two hour goose chase, when they could have very easily recognized that all they needed to tell me within the first three minutes of our interaction was they did not have that phone in stock, so what I was asking for was irrelevant.Clearly quite a bit more training in terms of recognizing and effectively addressing customer issues is required for this location.

Jaden and Victoria were awesome :) I had a large order with multiple upgrades, accessory bundles, tablets and BYOD watch to set up for my three year old (I have two under two - you try keeping track of both of them when out by yourself!) so I took my old Apple Watch and set it up for her to wear when we go out and she loves it! Also will enjoy the tablet promotion that has cellular where I can edit photos on the go with the Apple pen - also super stoked for my snake case!!!

Every time I come to this particular location the staff is always rude and unwelcoming. Came here today to get a screen protector replaced and the ladies working did not seem to want to be there nor did they have a smile on their faces, that’s why I will always take the extra time to go across town to the other locating and deal with people that seem to care. Would give 0 stars if I was able

Steve, the general Manager helped me right away. He was able to fix my phone in minutes. I'm so grateful for his help as I needed my phone for work. I highly recommend this particular Verizon store.
