Amazing customer service from Sam. Very knowledgeable about products and help setting up phone and Apple Watch. Would definitely buy phones from him again. Sam also informed me about WiFi service and checked to see if I can get it in my area. It’s not available yet but he will notify me when WiFi becomes available for me. Excellent service.

Needed help activating a new phone. "Check in" was very helpful and activation was handled easily. But we got SO much more! They were incredibly friendly and helped us find numerous ways to improve our account AND save a LOT of money! Very enjoyable -- highly recommend

Verizon customer service is an absolute joke but this store is always incredibly helpful and personable. King, who helped me today, was able to help solve an issue I was having after months of getting the run-around by the corporate store and representatives via phone. Highly recommend coming here. The staff here are excellent folks.

Lee provided excellent service! We initially intended to explore adding my fiancé to my phone plan and upgrade his device, but I also considered upgrading mine.
