We came in to sort out a billing issue that we couldn’t resolve by calling Verizon. Mary, the store manager was beyond stellar! She resolved the billing issue, lowered our monthly bill, AND was able to get us brand new phones for an amazing deal! I whole heartedly recommend this store and Mary.
