Patrick W helped me get a new plan and phones for my daughter and I. He made the whole process fun and enjoyable. So much so I sent my parents to him and he has helped them with some issues on their account and have a plan for new phones in the near future. Will be coming back to him for any future needs.

I had been on a Family Plan with my son; plan was in his name. My son committed suicide and Preston helped get the plan into my name only. Preston spent a huge amount of time getting me through this process when I had no clue what to do. He was extremely kind and helpful and made a very difficult time more bearable.

Had an amazing experience here last week, and it’s all thanks to Nicholas. After six years my phone finally died, and Nicholas made the process of getting a new phone enjoyable, and easy. He helped walk me through my options and I left with a free new iPhone 16. He made the process so simple, and enjoyable. He is knowledgeable, personable, and I couldn’t have had better customer service from him. Management, give this man a raise or promotion! these are scammers, please do not contact this office, I talked to 3 employees and they all deceived me, first they took money from me for opening a new SIM card and this card did not work, then when I contacted them again they lied that they did not know what the matter was and I had to call somewhere, although no one told me about this, I was forced to come there for the third time and I was deceived again, their main supervisor promised that he would fix everything and I would not pay for it, as a result they wrote off money from me again for opening a new SIM card and did not return the money for the previous one. this is an office of scammers, they just chat and do not give any supporting papers, everything is only in words. Please do not go here, there are scammers here

Purposely went out of my way visiting this particular store due to their quality reviews. I was not disappointed. Blaine was extremely helpful in getting a replacement phone for my father. He offered excellent advice and didn’t oversell add-on items to the sale. Very happy with the product and even happier with the service. Thanks for a pleasant experience.
