these are scammers, please do not contact this office, I talked to 3 employees and they all deceived me, first they took money from me for opening a new SIM card and this card did not work, then when I contacted them again they lied that they did not know what the matter was and I had to call somewhere, although no one told me about this, I was forced to come there for the third time and I was deceived again, their main supervisor promised that he would fix everything and I would not pay for it, as a result they wrote off money from me again for opening a new SIM card and did not return the money for the previous one. this is an office of scammers, they just chat and do not give any supporting papers, everything is only in words. Please do not go here, there are scammers here

Purposely went out of my way visiting this particular store due to their quality reviews. I was not disappointed. Blaine was extremely helpful in getting a replacement phone for my father. He offered excellent advice and didn’t oversell add-on items to the sale. Very happy with the product and even happier with the service. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

We walked in 30ish minutes before the store closed because my husbands phone stopped working properly. Jayk was so kind from the moment we walked in the door and stayed late to make sure our phones were upgraded properly and our information transferred over. We greatly appreciated how patient he was with helping us and he never made us feel bad for staying so late. His colleague Nick, who was helping another couple when we first arrived but spoke with us afterwards, was also very kind. Both guys made the process light hearted and easy. Definitely would recommend to others in the area and although I hopefully won't need a new phone soon, I'll definitely be back to this location when I do.

I give Daniel Santacruz 5 stars fior helping me with my troubled virus and low memory phone! He also helped me save money in the long run with Netflix and Hulu ect! God bless him! I will tell my friends about your great service and Daniel!!!

I had the best, most professional service today that I have had in a long time from Daniel Santa Cruz. I hope I spelt his name correctly!! I came in there so frustrated because I had so many issues with my service and he took so much time System with me and was so kind and patient. And I know he didn’t make any money helping me. You all need more employees like this gentleman.

All dressed in suits and try to get you to sit down right away prior to looking at devices or asking what brings you in. They do not have decent customer service or sales service. I'm already coming in to buy multiple devices and accessories.... it's pretty hard to mess it up when I've already made the decision to buy.

Stopped in this store yesterday. Extremely poor customer service and poor product inventory.
My husband wanted to replace his tablet and I needed to replace the screen protector for my phone. They only had one model of tablet that was larger and wouldn't fit in the carry case hubby recently purchased for his current tablet. We probably would have still purchased the newer one, but needed cords to attach to a small mouse and other perifeey devices weren't kept in stock. It would take days to get a complete setup the way my husband wanted.
My replacement piece of plastic film was $50! Outrageous price. More than twice the cost of the one that I bought at the time that I got my phone. Then the salesman couldn't take my credit card, he has to send a link to my phone and I had to enter everything like I was making an online purchase but with an unsecure payment setup. When I complained that buying in person was worse than just buying everything online, his comment was, "You don't have to buy it."
So disappointed, we discussed dumping Verizon completely when we get back from our vacation. We're on a plan with our son and daughter-in-law, plus others. 6 lines will be leaving Verizon.

I went into the store today, unexpectedly, due to a device issue. From start to finish, Blaine was absolutely amazing: offering so many different options to replace or upgrade, to save me money, to get a better plan, etc. I never felt once that it was a sales pitch or that he was trying to up-sell me. So professional and personable throughout the entire transaction. I ended up leaving to grab brunch while my old phone was transferring over to the new one and, when I pulled up an hour later, he met me at my car with my new phone and accessories! Best retail experience in such a long time. Will forever recommend this location and Blaine.
