Well, our atheist dishwasher turned Baptist and decided to baptize the house ? seriously though, it was amazing that Verg Restoration was able to do everything from mitigation to completion after the accident. From crawlspace to ceiling these guys were extremely thorough. Very grateful that they were able to deal with the insurance claim communications. Vasya was a huge help. Thank-you! I already sent their contact info to someone who is dealing with water damage. No regrets!

It's refreshing dealing with a competent, no-nonsense company that prides itself on great work and customer service. After a water damage claim, I was recommended to call Verg Restoration and I’m glad we did. They stopped by the same day! You don’t realize just how special they made us feel and the fact that they were able to start the mitigation process so quickly. I don’t usually leave reviews but felt like I owed them after all the work they have done. Very satisfied customer!

Paul and his team are so kind and professional. They responded quickly to the mitigation we needed after the ice storm and patiently answered all of our questions. They took special care to keep our belongings protected during their work and were mindful about noise reduction. Paul even taped off the door where our cat would be kept to make doubly sure no one disturbed her. They were dealing with many units in addition to our unit and I am so impressed by their workflow and organization. Don’t hesitate to use this company!

In the early morning hours on Dec. 24, 2023, a Ford F-350 slammed into our home causing considerabe damage. After many phone calls to different companies, VERG RESTORATION LLC, was the only one to answer my call. Vasily picked up my call on the first ring! He promised to have his crew come out to deal with the emergency of boarding up the front of our home. They showed up as promised, it was a very fast response. The crew adddressed a water leak and the damage that it caused. Vasily always answered my calls or texts within minutes! They did a fantastic job of restoring our house to make it look like new. Vasily was our champion in handling our insurance company. We are beyond pleased with the quality of workmanship that they did. When one of the apartment buildings we manage was damaged during the ice storm by a failed sprinkler system, Verg was on site immediately, limiting the damage and beginning mitigation right away. Above and beyond! Vasiliy was willing to promptly come out on a Saturday to address our concerns about a possible major home repair for a leak and water damage right away. They are very good and professional people looking out for us. They did a thorough investigation, were very clear about options, and greatly eased our stress. I highly recommend them!

We highly recommend Verg Restoration! They were very professional and so nice to work with. They helped us make the best of a terrible and stressful situation when the water heater leaked from the attic all the way to the first floor. There was so much damage that took many days to dry, and they made sure the job was done right. They were also careful in all they did and cleaned up perfectly when they were done. We appreciate too that they were very accommodating of our need to keep our cat out of harms way the entire time. They are an impressive company!
