Had to change my review after a rude experience. We've been in and out for the past year to buy produce from them regularly but I likely won't be back. I went back in September and was treated very rudely by the woman working at the cash register. I was buying some bottles of sauces and marinade and asked me why that was all I was buying. I explained I didn't need anything else and she kept asking me why I wouldn't even go look at the produce. After justifying it several times and being told she wasn't sure why I would stop in if I didn't want produce. I said my toddler that I was carrying was getting antsy and I'd really just like to make my purchase and leave. Very strange way to treat a customer.

I had an absolutely fantastic time visiting Velvet Acres pumpkin patch with my family! ? The employees were not only kind but also incredibly considerate, making our trip even more enjoyable. The corn maze was a blast and provided just the right level of challenge. ?The fields were brimming with an amazing selection of pumpkins to choose from, which made our pumpkin-picking adventure a delight. ? Moreover, the farm had some adorable sweet animals, charming stores, and high-quality vendors to explore, adding to the overall experience. ??️Thank you, Velvet Acres, for making our day so memorable and fun! We can't wait to come back. ??

Good produce terrible service cashier Wendy very rude and disrespectful, she had bags sitting behind her cash register and didn’t want give them to me to get produce. She was also really mean to my parents. She needs learn her manners and how to treat people the right way.

I mentioned that I’m new to the area and complimented the beautiful farm and the lady working did not provide a warm welcome at all. The honey is also very over priced. I will shop elsewhere

Well, where do I begin. My family has been coming to this farm for the longest time because of it being right by our own farm and having nice fresh produce. We went today to see if they had tomatoes and corn, which we were happy to see that they did. I went to the movable rafter that had the boxes of tomatoes on it and I was just shifting through a couple of them in one box just to see which one had the biggest tomatoes. All of a sudden, the purple-haired cashier lady told me to “Please stop touching the tomatoes.” I said “oh ok, I didn’t know, I’m sorry”. I then later brought a box of tomatoes to the register, and the lady in the most disrespectful tone told me “Tell me why did you do that?!?!”. I just stood there like an idiot without saying anything until she just waved her hands in the air and said “Forget it!” in the front of my family. How disrespectful can you honestly be? There wasn’t a “don’t touch or shift the tomatoes please” sign on the rafters so how was I supposed to know? The only reason I didn’t say anything was because my family was there to get corn and I didn’t want to cause a scene, which is why I kept my mouth shut. I’d expect this kind of behavior in a foreign country like Russia, Ukraine, or Romania, but definitely not in the United States. Word of advice for anyone reading this: make sure you don’t touch anything without the purple-haired lady’s permission otherwise you’ll be treated with disrespect or get yelled at. Or simply, just don’t come here in general.

Beautiful place. Amazing produce selection and lots of fun things for the kiddos...like their petting zoo.

Lack of customer service. Way overpriced. Plenty of better farms near by. Just because I expressed my concern to the cashier with the purple hair, she asked me not to come back. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

We went Sunday afternoon, so maybe they'd been slammed thru the weekend, but there were little to no pumpkins to be had, which would have been nice to know before we paid $12 each for admission. Also, the toilets were full to the brim, there was no corn to be purchased in the farm store, and the petting zoo animals seemed stressed (including one sweet but very bite-y pig).

No pumpkins in the field and what was there was either rotten, green, or way too small to carve. Big disappointment and will never go back. Refund, please!

My family loves this place, it's been a tradition since we moved here from Beaverton 10 years ago!

Really cute place. Easy to find, clear directions for parking.Abundance of produce, fresh eggs, jams and salsas. Tons for kids to do, mazes and hay rides and snacks!

My advice is to find another pumpkin patch to visit. The only thing nice here is the Animals. The staff are rude. Unaccomdating. Make remarks they shouldn't. It's best to visit somewhere else.

Fun for the whole family. Hay rides, corn maze, hay pyramid, huge pumpkin patch, petting zoo, apple cannon, food trucks and farm store. We had a great time!

They are overtly political for me and a lot of the people I know. Everyone has a right to their opinion, but it is way, way too much that they openly support politicians that are election deniers. Will never, ever stop at their farm store.
