I bought a new 2022 4Runner and a new 2022 Tundra in the same week. Bought 100k warranty on both. 2 complaints:1. Employees at service dept.- after 7 services on these cars and tons on others...the stand on a number and wait for help thing is condescending. one time 4 of the 20 year old employees chit chats away and ignored me for 5 minutes. I'm STANDING RIGHT HERE IN FRONT OF YOU! - after checking out and going out the the pickup area and standing on the red carpet several of the employees (teenagers?, 20's) are chit chatting across the garage for several minutes ignoring me.Complaint 2:- I spent $59500 on the 4Runner..not a loan. Paid outright. I spent $67,000 on the Tundra. Put down $30,000 and paid off the rest in 6 months. After spending $126,500 I find that the Toyota app for remote Start is only free 1-year then it's $9 a month. 2 other app things are free for 1year and then 9/mo. This cheesy upselling is done by Toyota not the dealership. Seriously I have to pay 9/mo to be able to remote start and lock my car on the app? The sales dept was very professional except the closer guy..their always dicks no matter what. They wouldn't budge or the price much because of the pandemic problems with getting new cars in stock.

I bought my 2018 tundra here back in 2018. After that I bought a used 4 Runner from them. The sales Dept did a great job on both sales. But then came the times to return for maintenance work and recall notices. The service department is the worst I have ever seen in my life, and I am in my 60's. They seem to like to make you wait around when dropping off or picking up your vehicle. Every time I have been there I have had to wait for their people to get off their computers or personal cell phones to wait on me and other customers. One time I was in a line with 5 people ahead of me and there was 8 clerks glued to their phones and computers while we all stood there waiting. Then all of a sudden a manger walked through the door, and as quick as you can flip a light switch. They all jumped off their devices at the exact same time and started helping us. I couldn't believe it. I would never recommend this place for service on my Toyota.

We went there to purchase the 2019 BMW M5 competition but when we saw an oil under the hood and on the pipes under the car, it's all oily so we asked them if we can take the car for pre-purchase inspection and they said yes you can, so after we did the pre-purchase inspection we found front differential leaking and radiator is damaged and leaking Cooling, so we asked them can you guys fix those issues if we purchase the car and they said No we don't, so we asked them if we purchased the car will the powertrain warranty cover it because that what they offering on their website with the used cars and they also again said No, we said who's gonna be responsible then to fix those issues they said when we sell the car you will be the owner, so we will not be responsible for this issues. You will be responsible to get those issues fixed. And that's really stupid because we're not gonna buy a car with the problem that cost $6,000 to be fixed, and we told them it's not even fair to be sold for someone else that don't know about this car if they don't take it for pre-purchase inspection and they respond back. We will take the car to the auction. And they did not move the car from their website it's still available on the website. So anyone try to go purchase the car be careful because they will not tell you about those problem and they are a big problems. And they're just waiting for the right person to trap in this car, i'm sure that's not the only car they're trying to sell with problems. We even asked if we can speak with a used car manager and the manager refused to talk to us. He kept sending the sales person to speak to us and he were exactly in his office sitting looking at his computer doing nothing next to the sales person desk. Really bad service and bad used sales manager.

I would not recommend their service department. They are way over priced and will tell you things that aren't wrong with your car. They told me I had a leak with the engine and it was 4k. I got a second opinion and no leak. My car only has 110k and every time I take it in they find a laundry list of issues. It's hard to say what needs to be done as I don't feel the communication is very good. They just sent you a text saying what's wrong.I had an appointment to change a headlight. They wanted to charge me $130 and told me it would take 3 1/2 hours. I asked why so long and he said they were busy. I said I had an appointment for 1030am and he said that that is only a check in time. I asked when I could come in for a short time and he said I would have to leave my car there for the day. I ended up going elsewhere, paid $60 and it was done in 45min. Oil changes take 2 hours to get done. I have one prepaid oil change left and then I will never step back into their dealership. I love my Sienna and the awd, but I most likely won't get another Toyota because of the lousy experience I've had with the service department. I have a Honda, VW and Porsche and never have poor service at any of the other dealerships.

I have purchased four vehicles from McCord's since 2010. I always feel I am treated with courtesy and respect. Earlier this year I was shopping for a BZ4X. Other Toyota dealerships in the Portland area had the car I wanted in stock. I waited until McCord's had one so I could buy it from Brian Ramsdell. Last week I visited the service center. Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond to make sure my needs were fulfilled.

I was referred to Toyota dealership by Rhiannon Turner and so we had our car towed to Toyota after breaking down on the side of the freeway on a late Thursday afternoon and so it got towed to Toyota accords in Vancouver. They got it put in the shop overnight got it checked out Wyatt, had the car checked out and got to us about the what the problem was with how much it would be and the mechanic was Kenji so we were very happy with all the steps that it took to get the car finished so we are very happy with everyone and Toyota McCord Toyota. Thank you, Diana Dalke.

This is my first experience at Vancouver Toyota, parking was a little challenging for the service department, but it's not impossible. I was greeted at the door by a salesman, who showed me right where to find the service department, and also asked me if I wanted snacks and coffee. Once inside I was pleasantly surprised about how comfortable the waiting area was, very well laid out in organized. I must have been asked if I needed help about seven times, which is amazing customer service. The way time to receive my car once it was done 10 minutes, they also gave me a free car wash for afterwards. I also seen the guy that used to work at everyday deals, he was a stalker and it was good to see him at a new job.

I had a wonderful experience at McCords Vancouver Toyota working with Rachel. She is the best! A true car enthusiast and very knowledgeable. She was professional, responsive, and helped me find the truck I was looking for. I had very specific details for the truck and it was not an easy task, but she did not disappoint. She also made the trade in process very smooth. Thanks Rachel!

Amazing place to do business, the buying process was amazingly smooth and every one was super nice. Michael Emmons sold me my truck and made it a great experience. The service team also did a great job taking care of me and providing a quick and excellent service!

We went into the dealership to buy a RAV4 Hybrid. We were greeted by Matt Nash who very patiently led us through all our options and found us the best priced vehicle. He also answered all my questions, both over email and text, patiently. I would highly recommend doing business with them. He also gave me a slight price break on the document fee even though that is not common for Toyotas at all.

Tony in the RV department is the best!! I told him what I needed, towing capacity, and how much I was looking to pay /month... and he navigated me to the perfect trailer! The finance department was a breeze... Mike Hoff had the whole process down to a science and made sure I understood all the paperwork; he broke it down in plain English for me and I appreciate that! The RV parts department went over the trailer with me and carefully explained to this first time RV owner everything I need to know to operate all the many features that came with it. You all rock too! Thanks for making it a great experience ?

I've had the pleasure of working with Nick to help me find my dream GR Supra Manual. They had no markup or hassle and I have been loving my car since. They also took care of my paperwork before and after the sale without issues. The team at Vancouver Toyota were awesome and I'll be making the trip to buy my future Toyotas from them!

I would definitely buy another vehicle from Vancouver Toyota. (Especially David!) He was super patient, helpful, and great with my kids who were becoming impatient with the process. We did not feel any pressure to buy anything. The process was great!I love my new 4Runner!

After a really weird and awkward visit to a competing dealership, Dustin was an absolute breath of fresh air. He was so friendly and easy going, answered any questions we had and helped set up the Toyota app since our second key will be coming later. He explained everything in the warranties so that even I (a car dunce) could understand the best plan for me. He was definitely hands off and did not pressure us whatsoever to purchase things we didn’t need.Nate was our finance guru and his attention to detail and love of Toyota really shined while he was explaining add ons and packages with zero pressure. He definitely cares about the customers he helps not just about financing, but just in general. He always writes the Toyota service number on a piece of paper and makes sure to remind you to keep it in your glove box in case of emergencies. If you want a low pressure, friendly sales experience definitely come to Mccords Vancouver and request Dustin! Thanks for being so easy to work with Dustin and Nate!
