Update: I took my car in 9/7 for them to change my oil and got a call saying that a technician had scraped my rims in the lot. Thanks Toyota. They are extremely careless and take weeks to resolve a complaint. I canceled my toyota care package and will be going elsewhere.
Scheduled an oil change for 8/22 at 7:55 am, didn’t leave until almost 11 am. My car was done at 9 and the representative “assisting” me failed to call or text with any updates. As soon as I pull out of the dealership my phone blows up with the messages he failed to send. Two hours wasted on my part because of no communication. I scheduled an oil change service over the phone as my Toyota plan covers it and I haven’t had any services since buying the vehicle. My oil life said 10% and come to find out they just topped it off. After getting home and pulling my dip stick the oil is basically black. I called them asking why it wasn’t changed and they said that wasn’t what I asked for when I scheduled the service and that they would get back to me after the holiday weekend with a manager after reviewing the phone calls. Now it’s two weeks later and I have only been contacted by two different service reps that know nothing about the situation and keep running me in circles. Still no accountability or word from a manager.

I love coming here for whatever it is I need (besides body work, they don’t do that here!). All the staff are always super nice, informative, and communicative. I always talk to Sergey and Jacob. Absolute gems in this industry. Thanks for always treating me with kindness and explaining things I have questions for.

Almost 3 hours for an oil change is a joke. Last time you’ll be seeing me.

Sean( service dept) was amazing. He was professional, helpful and very knowledge about many questions I had about my car. He even walked me to car wash are since I didn't know where it was located and had my care vacuumed by the check in staff( since they told me they will clean front two seats during check in). The extra mile Sean went for with his customer services skill left a lasting impressing. It's hard to find people who enjoy their work and help others these days, Sean stood out today. I would highly recommend people to see Sean at Car servicing station.

Trust me!!! don’t recommend getting work done on your car or truck from them!
I’m going to give it 2 stars cuz “The parts” department are the ones who know what they are talking about and I never had issues with any of them and they helped me out multiple times with any requests I had! :)
But the service department… Nearly cost me $5000 for a repair which they said was a brake booster going out when the truck only had 45,000 miles on it… it took 10 min for me to find the real issue… which was bleeding all my brakes and not only one side they worked on. >:( so 3 of my lines were empty and no brake fluid in them and only 1 was full… the side they worked on. I drove it off the service lot with only 1 brake pretty much doing the work of all the brakes…
if they followed the diagnostic and repair instructions than that wouldn’t cause pricey repairs that would cost me an arm and a kidney.
I’ve been doing all my repairs by myself cuz I would rather destroy my own parts instead of having someone “professionally” break it.
If you already got repairs done or will be getting something done… triple check what they do and did and get a full review!

Accountability, integrity and customer service is nonexistent at this location. They are failing Toyota.
Brought my vehicle in for an oil change before a 3 day road trip. As expected I get a list of failed items and recommended services which included struts and a drive belt replacement. So I schedule Strut replacement + drive belt replacement but arrive for my appointment to find there's an additional $156 for an alignment (done any time struts are replaced) which was never mentioned when I made the appointment.
Later that day they called me to say they did not have the proper part to complete the strut service but tried to offer an aftermarket part or wait a day (originally it was a 2 day wait) until the correct part arrives. Now I'm annoyed because I'm supposed to leave town the next day but now that has to be postponed. They do get the part and finish it the next day. I arrive to find out the total is now nearly $2000 when originally it was supposed to be around $1400 ($1550 with the service I was not informed of)
It gets better! The service rep examined the invoice and explained the labor was somehow "miscalculated" and brought it down to the $1500 price. I spoke with the service manager (Mike) and explained my dissatisfaction and my feeling that I should not have had to pay for the extra service that was never discussed and my concern with the "miscalculated labor". He of course defended the incomplete estimate but said he would do his "due dillegence" and review the recorded call. He never called me back.
Long story short, I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of service at this location. Communication, customer, service, quote accuracy, transparency, accountability have all gone out the window at this location. They may be good at selling cars but the care at the service department is poor at best.

Serious question ?
Why do we make appointments??? Every time I make an appointment and bring it in, I'm told that they are a little backed up so it'll take about 2 hours for an oil change.
Also why did I buy a car that I'm told there is a defect in the passenger side airbag so I'm not supposed to have anyone sit in the front seat???
I paid a lot of money to drive a car that I can't have passengers.
I'm I supposed to contact a lawyer???

I recently had Toyota's 5000 mile warranty service.
Booked about 1 week in advance.
Turn around time was about
90 minutes on a Monday AM appointment.
Service dept vacuumed car and provided complimentary onsite automated car wash.
Better sign placards would help the first time customer locate the wash.
Their service department frontline Greeters and Service Advisors ready to help the customer.
Hope to use their services again when traveling through the area.

Came here for standard oil change and inspection. Was taken in right at my appointment time and handled quickly. Work was done under the quoted time and have had no issues. Great work!
