Took 4 hours for a basic maintenance service. Showed up to an appointment, got “checked in” come three hours later i wasnt actually checked in. I only find out by asking someone about the eta

They always usable the services here. They do ok job at service the vehicle, but upselling tea stuff is kinda annoying.
