I'm not a legal expert by any means but aren't there rules in place in public places to ensure ADA accessibility? Why are there no working elevators? I had to ask security to help my disabled party to which management said no? Grateful we were helped regardless but the only working elevators are in Macy's on the opposite side of the mall. When I asked around most of the workers said this has been the case for months! Totally unacceptable that this Mall chooses to not have disabled access.

You guys need to do something about the elevator problem it was out months ago and now again I had to take my kid wagon on the escalator then lost my balance do to the wagon and want backwards down four steps as I'm trying to keep the wagon from coming down on top of me and my kid because it keeps pushing me back down the stairs that could of been a law suite if I was hurt you guys need to put in a new bigger elevator that also didn't take forever

Being me and my uncles first time coming here to this mall as new people to Vancouver City, I say it was worth it coming here as the workers at the Candy Tyme, Crystal Shop, Orange Julius, and other stores we went to got great service from everyone it turned out to be excellent time as me and my uncle will be back again.

Everyone is cool here except Blazzin Pizza in the cafeteria upstairs; they are impolite and disrespectful. I saw a kid I don’t know if her age required her to work, put her fingers in my drink while filling . I kindly requested to redo it, but her mom pushed the drink in my face and opened the ice machine so aggressively. Also, when they were cutting the pizzas I told them please can u wear gloves to avoid contamination as they were preparing raw food inside, she ignored my request as well. I advise everyone to support the other food departments here as they look slow; they really deserve our support and they are so nice, kind and clean . I will never buy from this pizza place; one slice is 7 bucks. I was buying to support them, but not anymore. In Costco, the big one is 10 bucks.

I like this mall, but I was using the bathroom, and there was a man doing a number 2. So I was washing my hands, and the dude walked off without washing his hands, which is nasty. So later I was walking around and I saw the same guy who didn't wash his hands after doing his thing was a worker for the skin care people who touch you face. That is beyond nasty, and I would let other people know not to let them touch you! The mall needs to check this out due to heal risks.
