Bought a used Suburban while being out of state, and the experience was fantastic.
From the initial inquiry response by customer service, to the sales process with Bobby everything was prompt and professional.
Unlike many dealerships that are still in the dark ages and refuse to make deals over the phone, these guys have definitely stepped in to the internet age.

-Bad car buying experience due to poor communication.
-Pros: Mr.Vernon, my salesman was professional and quick to respond while I was buying a $50,000 vehicle, issues only arose after I left the dealership. My trade in was given a fair price, perhaps a bit on the low side. The maintenance techs were friendly and offered to do a slight modification to a defect on the vehicle for free.
-cons: It took me roughly 10 weeks to get license plates. According to my DMV, Mccord was suppose to give me back my plates from my trade-in, however, when I bought the car, I was told I would come back to pick up plates when they were delivered. week after week I would text Mr.Vernon, and he would say he would look into it, and he would not reply back. Once he tried to pass me off the their finance clerk, who then passed me back to Mr.Vernon.
I called the DMV several times and they would always just tell me to contact the dealership. Finally, 10 weeks later, I have the DMV dig into why the plates have not arrived in the mail and that is when I found out Mccord was suppose to have given my trade-in plates back. I went to the DMV and got new plates that day. Vernon tells me they are cutting me a check to cover the cost and I am currently waiting for it.
I can understand the mistake of not giving the plates back, but playing phone tag and being kept in the dark with no response was unprofessional and made for a negative experience. I recommend to anyone buying here to have everything clarified before leaving the lot because there is a big change in service after they have taken your money.

The car shopping experience can be a nightmare. Going from dealer to dealer, and private seller searching can be exhausting. I spent roughly 3 weeks searching for a new (used) vehicle. Vancouver Toyota was my very first stop and I had the pleasure of working with Vernon who was absolutely wonderful and easy to chat with! I went to ~4 other dealers afterwards with each experience being different from the last. I was pressured by each seller at the other dealers with the same schtick of "what can we do to close the deal with you?" I came back here late one night on a whim for a test drive on yet another vehicle I was interested in and worked with Skyler, who was the only sales staff available at the time. I did a drive, and Skyler was extremely accommodating, flexible, and understanding in my pursuit of a new car. I came back the next day on a scheduled visit and Skyler was giving me 100% of his care and attention all while working with someone else. Not only does Skyler get kudos, but so does Vernon and the entirety of the VCT staff. I can't emphasize enough how easy it is to work with you all, and how much I appreciate not being pressured to leave with a car. Thank you all!

Love this Toyota dealership! Traded our older car for a newer nicer car at the main building with Amber, and had a wonderful experience. Had an issue with the car and brought it back in. There was an unforeseen issue, and I got a call back from Skylar that they were going to make it right. He made the transition quick and painless! Left in a better car than the first time, and even happier than before! (Didn't think it was possible ?) This team is awesome, and I will definitely recommend them to everyone!

Skyler was incredibly helpful! I was nervous about shopping for a car due to the pressure most salesmen put on you, but he was laid back and let me take the lead. I had an idea of what I wanted and he helped me find the perfect car. Never once felt pressured and he even stayed after closing to get everything done. 10/10, MOST DEFINITELY would recommend him to anyone looking for a car!

I just bought a used suv from Skyler and he was a great salesman to work with. He was friendly, very helpful in answering all questions I had and if he wasn’t sure of the answer he looked into it. I definitely recommend talking to Skyler when looking for your next vehicle.
