Administration is always willing to help and always gives options to your needs.

We rented a Uhaul truck through the mobile app but there was a dispute with the amount of miles that we drove. We went in to the office and chatted with the staff. They did some quick research, found the error and made it right for us. They were incredibly helpful and very friendly. Great people!

Flawless seamless experience. No mold. Very clean. Was very happy with everything, including my move out. Derik was so helpful today, I lost my key and he got me In extremely securely and efficiently. He was also very honest and helpful. 10/10 recommend this storage facility! Also Becky has helped me on the phone from the very start— and has been consistent and kind. Again with a mold allergy, I was beyond happy my stuff smelled clean and dust free upon pickup. The price was great, the security and climate were exactly what I would want. Thank you, Van Mall Storage!

Late one evening I forgot something in their office as they were closing… The next morning the manager was amazingly helpful she went above and beyond looking in the spot the item was left… I would definitely give them a thumbs up for honesty and integrity…

I did not even mean to review this one, and did a review for a dif place on theirs, guessing it's cause I have unit here and I made a mistake. So this is a storage unit place, the prices were cheaper when I first rented my unit, not sure if they still are since my rates are already 50 percents higher now. But people are great and place is secure

Most helpful, very courteous, and pleasant. I've been with the storage unit for almost 4 years and I've had no problem with them I am very satisfied their facilities are clean and well taken care of I am so glad I found you guys. You do great work thank you so much.
