Teffeny was very helpful and efficient especially as we were applying for our newborns passport! Everything was processed quickly even when the photos were taken during the appointment. Great experience

Tyler was by far the friendliest and most helpful PS employee I've ever encountered. He encouraged and offered me a variety of options on how to ship my package. I've shipped a lot of packages from all around the country and even overseas and have never encountered as USPS employee so kind. Though most people take the space for granted, I appreciate the 107 year old architecture. I hung around to check it out now.
They also had a good flow of people in and out. No long lines.

Came in with a fairly strange request and Tyler was very helpful! Explained everything clearly and got things sent out (even with me needing to write out addresses) in less than 10 minutes. Overhead the gal with him and she was just as friendly and helpful with the person she assisted too.

Been here a few times in the past few weeks and each time was a notably positive experience. Employees have been super helpful, kind, and friendly. Definitely my favorite post office in Vancouver! Love the beautiful old building too!

Decent post office located in downtown Vancouver Washington. Love the old building! Parking can be tricky since there's only street parking available. They do have a few drive up blue mailboxes to mail letters across the street from the main entrance.

First class service and that too with a smile . I came in ten minutes before closing and was afraid that they might just turn me down but not only was I helped really fast ,they also ensured I had a good experience. Everything was stocked and the space was neat and clean .

Says online on the USPS website that the location lobby is supposed to be open until 9 PM it was not a total waste of time.

I came into here one time this past spring when I had parcel return to me after I mailed it and I wanted to know why it was returned and they said it was because I didn't put a stamp on it. They fixed that and sent it on it's way with no problem. I came back later over the summer after I upgraded my phone and sent my old one on it's way since it was a trade in also with no problem. The employees are also very friendly and happy to help. I noticed there are some reviews on here that are negative and of course everybody has had a different experience here. Some did have a bad experience and I am sorry to hear that. My experiences at this particular post office so far has always been a positive one like, just read above. Anyway, I typically prefer the downtown post office for a couple reasons. The first is that this one is closer to where I live and the second is I always like going downtown regardless of what city I'm in unless it's Portland and I prefer the city over the country. The post office has so many problems especially in recent years mainly because of Trump and the Republicans trying to sabotage our postal service. He put Louis DeJoy in charge of our postal service when he was president and that caused mail delivery to slow down and it would always take forever to deliver mail in our country. And every business is gonna have employees who are rude and inconsiderate no matter what type of business they are. There are always gonna be people who have bad experiences even if it's a decent business. There are horrible businesses that treat everybody like crap and definitely avoid those especially if they have so many negative reviews
