Why in the FiretrucK would you post that you are OPEN but hours may differ due to holiday ? Either you're OPEN or CLOSED! I drove to your location only to find the office closed. And I wasn't the only one.

They claim the lobby is open for self service 24 hr kiosk. However the sign on the door says the lobby is closed due to vandalism

Thank you for letting me use some of your tape to tape my package before sending it. I forgot to tape it this morning before going to work and went to the post office when I got off. You guys are so so helpful! NOT!Now I have to drive home (20 minutes), tape my package, and drive back for another 20 minutes to send it.Thank you so much for your kindness!!!... And NO! I will NOT pay almost $5 for one of those tiny packing tapes you sell there. I have a big package of the big ones I got at Costco. I'd rather drive home than buy those pathetic little ones for $5.

Pretty dumb that they have breakins and they need to close when no one is there. Time to update your website, Google maps, etc so we don't drive down here. It's pretty common to update the world when you change your timing. Time to get with the times or remain in the stoneage like you currently are

I understand people have a job to do but the 2 times I’ve been in to this location I get the same woman and she really can’t seem to understand the simple questions I had about an address change. They have changed it now to where to need to verify yourself in person, ok fine. My issue was because I moved back I didn’t have the correct documents because apparently my ID wasn’t good enough . So she basically just wanted me to get out of her window so she could continue the senseless conversation she was having with her co worker “was standing there for a good 3 min until they realized” I needed help. I call the customer service line and was told I could just cancel my existing forward request and it would go back to my old address that I wanted my mail to go to in the first place. Literally so simple and I don’t know why she couldn’t just at least give me options of what I could do. Never caught her name but really this is exactly why some people should never be in customer service. The fact that both times she was rude and eye rolls for days and I really can’t comprehend how services reps can continue to keep there job acting this way.

Drive through postal drop off boxes are brand new I'm told and more secure. But no more rolling down your car window and dropping off mail. You will have to get out of your car or go park and walk around to the other side of the postal box to access the mail slot/door. They are turned to the building not the drive through. Not sure how USPS decided that would be a better. Customers have been dropping of through the drive through for decades, now cannot. Hmmm.

They lock the front lobby doors so it makes it impossible to use the self service kiosk. They need to update the website to be 9 to 5 kiosk. It is not a 24/7 kiosk.

I really want to like this post office, location, but the fact that I can’t access my PO Box beyond the hours of operation, which ended 5 PM make it very restrictive. I understand that they’ve had some issues with vandalism, but why not step up procedures to keep that from happening?
