Awesome service! Super fast! The clerk knew exactly what I needed without me even needing to explain. She saw what was in my hand and had it took care of it before my feet stopped walking.
I will gladly come back to this location when the need arises.

I forgot how big & NICE this location is! It was easy breezy! It was a 100 degree day, at 3 pm but, so cool inside with such friendly postal people! I expected a long wait on a Friday but, to my surprise it was super quick. This will be my go to place for sure since I’m going to be selling stuff on eBay.

Rude and disrespectful staff, horrendous service and zero customer service skills. Limit communication abilities from majority of staff members. Go to another post office if possible.

Greg helped me with a change of address modification. He was super clear, personable, and knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to coming back for any more of my post office needs. And I only needed to wait a couple of minutes before getting helped. Good experience!

I've always had a great experience coming here, as well as pleasant interactions with the employees. Most recently, I came in to file passport paperwork for my wife and son, but I didn't thoroughly read the requirement that an appointment was needed. By chance, right when we were about to leave, Priyanka waived us back that there was a slot available and we were able to submit our passport applications. On top of that, I had a couple issues with my supporting docs, but she helped us resolve it quickly and easily. Priyanka saved us from a two week delay with our passports and our trip. Seeing as how she didn't need to do any of that, we are very grateful.

Customer service is lacking at this location specifically referencing Prynka and Michelle. Neither one of them seem to understand that when someone asks them a question it is because I don't know or don't understand, not because I am arguing. I don't understand the treatment I recieved today by either of them. It was unnecessary and made what should have been a simple task very difficult. All though the tasks they carry out everyday to them might seem obvious what needs done, to a customer who hasn't ever done something it is not. Simply asking a question about what is needed to complete a task and why should not be met with attitude and disdain and contempt. I have my po box here, but will not go to this post office for counter help again.

This is the most ridiculous post office and the employees I have gone through. They state that they attempted a delivery couple time on given dates. When you check your cameras they are not even there. They falsify the forms. This time they wrote on my package that I requested a hold on my package. When I clearly do not do it.
Not one time.
The website I ordered the tracking stated that usps attempted to deliver. When on usps tracking page it states that I asked them to hold it at post office. I am out of town. Will be back home for the day of daughter’s graduation then next I leave at night. How can I go and pick up my package. How can usps employ such lazy people.
I would have given them no stars but there is no option for that.
Worst service, should be ashamed of themselves.
I just talked to a customer representative at usps and she was of no help.

Lovely local post office, always friendly service! I almost mailed letters with the wrong amount of postage, and they not only alerted me but helped me get the right postage with little 4-cent stamps! And YES they have a stapler for your Passport photo!

The postal workers at this USPS facility are the best. Knowledgeable about all their products & services, they're always friendly * they just provide good customer service.

Love this postal office. I really appreciate and support the postal employees and the USPS. I prefer shipping by USPS over other privately owned companies.

Was yelled at my Michelle at this location because I asked her to explain a federal USPS process and she didn’t want to. Absolutely zero help here. Wouldn’t let me request to forward my mail and flat out yelled at me. Atrocious customer service.
