Owner Ronika and her staff are efficient, attentive and, even when lines are long, they find a way to serve everyone promptly and effectively. Not only do they offer the full array of shipping and packaging services, don't forget they also offer printing and office supplies. I would rather patronize a small business over corporate whenever I can.

Very busy store, but moves very quickly. The staff is helpful (I heard them working other customers). If I need to return something to Amazon or anywhere else, I'll come back

Always a long line. I tried to return my Amazon item that didn't fit. I stepped out of the line... the computer said I had to go to the counter instead of self-service. I had to get back in line behind an additional three people. The only reason I come here is for Amazin returns and it is closer than dropping off at Kohl's.

Came in for a notary, but we forgot to sign the top of the page. I've never done any of this before so it's all new to me, she should of said don't forget to sign the top of the page. I paid $10 for absolutely nothing when we didn't even finish the signing.

I've used this store as my business mailbox and preferred delivery spot for the past five years. Ronika and the rest of the staff manage the place so efficiently that I've never felt the need to go elsewhere. They're quick, attentive, and even when lines are long, they find a way to serve everyone promptly and effectively.

I am currently an HR Manager for another TUPPS Franchise located in TX. I shipped out a package today out of Store #6920. Lillana was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She noticed there was a line forming (I was the 3rd out of 6) and immediately went to the counter to start helping. It was wonderful to see the teamwork and how they all interacted with each other and the customers. The only thing that was missing was the bounce back. Mentioning of other services, and trying to sell other products other than just ground services. Other than that Keep up the great work!

I pay $168. THE MAILER. TO GO OUT. THE BOX ON A TABLES FOR ANTONE TO TAKE . I HAVE NEVER NEVER SEEN And complicate it even though it's just cameras on there that doesn't make any sense!!!
