Yes, they were helpful there. Important information for everybody out there. Do not ever pay for 3 day delivery They do not guarantee it. They only guarantee next day air. Because that is they don't make any money on a $35 up charge. Which I think is bullShit, so don't do it. Otherwise the staff add up that particular station. We're great..

Edit: It appears that the weather delay explanations for service disruptions are not entirely convincing.It would be beneficial for the company to reassess its priorities and response strategies.Despite numerous attempts to communicate through calls, emails, and social media, the consistent response has been a "weather delay", which seems questionable.The delivery of my package, which was sent via 2nd day air, is now overdue by 3 days.Notably, there haven't been any significant weather events since 1/22, while my package reached the hub on 1/25, yet I still have not received the package.The performance of the local and regional distribution management is deeply concerning and appears to be a case of significant mismanagement.The customer service experience has also been extremely disappointing. I have faced issues such as being abruptly disconnected, transferred to non-English speaking lines, and enduring excessively long hold times.This level of service is frustrating, especially considering the premium paid for what was promised to be efficient delivery.

They will hold your package here for days and say that it's delayed due to inclement weather... My package has been here for 6 days. The delivery address is 5 minutes away. They say it's due to inclement weather, but its been sunny and 70 for a week.

Brandon was extremely helpful! He got me set up in the system, helped me through filling out the form, and even custom made a box to fit a package I couldn’t find a box for. His customer service went above and beyond what I expected. It’s peak sending time (12/21) for Christmas and Brandon was so pleasant and made everything easy. There was no wait time. I will always come here over a “regular” UPS store! Thanks Brandon! Merry Christmas!

Though I did have to travel here due to a mess up with a package delivery, I was VERY impressed with the staff and their efficiency to settle the problem. Within minutes they were able to contact the driver who messed up and had him drive back to our address and resolve the issue. While no one likes to deal with package mishaps, especially when the package is expensive, I'm always thankful for people who do their jobs well and take it seriously.

We are a licensed manufacturer of 2A products, this location knows this. The unqualified personnel opened/inspected our customers packages and held them until we presented our license via email. We had to pick them up and re-route on the same carrier. Unprofessional conduct by unqualified personnel.

Incredible that they take the weekend off when there are so many people at home ready to recieve their packages. So instead they sit on a porch to be stolen while were at work.. like i say incredibly stupid service. Goodbye UPS

I went to this location to do a Amazon return. Unfortunately, they don't do that there. You have to go to another one that's about 1.5 miles away. Besides that I didn't do any other business but the lady who was there was pleasant and had the address of the other office ready to go. The place looked clean. I think it's just the USPS location to pick up and drop of packages that are ready to go.

Great service! Had a package that made it as far as Vancouver Washington UPS and then went no further for delivery. The agent who helped me, said he had never encountered a tracking number with a certain number in the location that it was in. He took the extra time to go into the shipping room and found it!

Took a package here and staff were super helpful. Night and day. Comparison to a UPS Store. Will definitely take packages here instead of the UPS store.

Always polite! Always cheerful! Always helpful!I run a small local business, and I come here to UPS often, it is close, it is convenient, and I am always thankful. We forget these places, staffed by people who are often forgotten. The unsung heroes, our saviors, our neighbors, our heroes in disguise! I swear I have never walked into this place, where I wasn’t greeted by a smile and a helpful hand. Whether I struggled with an address or a label or whether I was just dropping off a package. They have always been friendly, and they have always offered assistance.My eyesight is not great and my hearing is vague. I get confused easily. I’m not always the easiest person to help. Life can be like that tangled path of brambles to Snow White’s castle. So it’s great to know there’s a guide along the way. There is rarely a line here and it goes fast.Forget FedEx! Bah Humbug to USPS! It’s UPS all the way!Life is too short not give credit where credit’s due! Brandon, you are a god! You deserve a raise!

If no signature is ever required, the UPS driver(s) for the Ridgefield, WA area do a good job. Anytime I have ever had a package though that requires a signature, unless I'm sitting at the front door way waiting for them when they come through I just get a loud knock and a "sorry we missed you" slip. Even when I get to the door a few seconds after they knock. It's a re-occurring theme and just ridiculous that they slap the note on the door, knock, then bolt and take off. It's happened numerous times and for some reason, it's routinely UPS. Haven't had this issue with FedEx and Amazon if/when they require signatures. Why is this so difficult to take 5 seconds so someone can go from cooking breakfast for their kid to go answer the door?This has been an on going issue over the span of 2 years.Edit/Reply To UPS Customer Care:In the past, if I can get a hold directly of dispatch, we can usually get things sorted. That's not normally the case unfortunately, this'll happen the 3 times before the package is either held or sent back. Then I either have to go through and ask that it be held at the Customer Center and take a lunch break to drive down or wait for it to be returned to vendor, jump through a few hoops, and have it sent back out with FedEx. I'm not going to stress it, just making sure anyone else who may run into this type of issue knows they aren't the only one and to give them the 2 options that have worked for me in the past with getting deliveries that require a signature. Otherwise, like I said, non-signature required deliveries have usually gone well, it's just the signature required ones that if you're not at your day when they knock, you aren't seeing your package. Also, yes, I have signed the slip before that has a signature spot on the back to release the package with no change in outcome typically. :)

Absolutely terrible service. Packages go from out for delivery to delayed by multiple days because of "weather"(no snow on the ground and it's not even raining). Package shows as being at the local warehouse but you can't pick it up at the warehouse when it does get delayed because they magically can't find it so you have to keep waiting. Paid for 3 day delivery and I'm still waiting more than a week now for them to be able to even tell me where the package is.

I have been having issues with our company packages being delivered to a residence across town. I have spent many hours on the phone with the middle eastern call center that UPS uses, to no avail. No one could seem to resolve this issue. I saw the questions and answers about how helpful the local UPS location was and decided it was time to give them a try. They were FABULOUS !! Not only were they friendly, more than willing to help, but they actually solved my delivery issues that I had spent months trying to correct. I can't say enough about them !!! If you just want downright great service, go see the folks at the Vancouver, WA UPS center !!!
