6/24/24 the ups driver posted a message on my door about my package and left. I called customer service and reported this. They told me that I could come and pick up my package with the message that was left on my door. I arrived around 3pm at the address they told me: 6609 NE St Johns Rd, Vancouver, WA 98661. Customer service Brandon G. Snider told me that the driver's car was empty and your package was not there. I replied that my package is in your shop and I am ready to sign for it and pick it up. I provided my documents. But they never gave me the parcel, but they said that they would deliver it on Saturday or next week. I explained that I was leaving for work for 10 days and would not be at home, so I had now come to pick up the parcel. BUT I WAS DENIED. Why? 8 days later, 03/7/24, I arrived with a new message that the driver left on my door. But they told me that my parcel was sent back to Europe, since we cannot keep it and we have nothing to do with it, call the company where you made the order. What kind of work experience is this??? They should consider options when people cannot always pick up on time for various reasons. Moreover, I CAME MYSELF AND WARNED that I would not be at home. I don't know of a worse experience than this company. Use USPS and other mail companies, but not this one. You will have problems!!! Now I need to somehow get my money back. Don't use UPS!!! You better deal with those who work unprofessionally and without experience. I explained the situation, and you need to make sure this doesn’t happen again. You don't worry about clients. They work there like robots, they have rules in their heads, but no feelings or understanding.

The staff here are great. The systems ups uses are not. Best to opt for will call if you ever have an issue with your address like I do with mine

Yes, they were helpful there. Important information for everybody out there. Do not ever pay for 3 day delivery They do not guarantee it. They only guarantee next day air. Because that is they don't make any money on a $35 up charge. Which I think is bullShit, so don't do it. Otherwise the staff add up that particular station. We're great..

Edit: It appears that the weather delay explanations for service disruptions are not entirely convincing.It would be beneficial for the company to reassess its priorities and response strategies.Despite numerous attempts to communicate through calls, emails, and social media, the consistent response has been a "weather delay", which seems questionable.The delivery of my package, which was sent via 2nd day air, is now overdue by 3 days.Notably, there haven't been any significant weather events since 1/22, while my package reached the hub on 1/25, yet I still have not received the package.The performance of the local and regional distribution management is deeply concerning and appears to be a case of significant mismanagement.The customer service experience has also been extremely disappointing. I have faced issues such as being abruptly disconnected, transferred to non-English speaking lines, and enduring excessively long hold times.This level of service is frustrating, especially considering the premium paid for what was promised to be efficient delivery.

They will hold your package here for days and say that it's delayed due to inclement weather... My package has been here for 6 days. The delivery address is 5 minutes away. They say it's due to inclement weather, but its been sunny and 70 for a week.

Brandon was extremely helpful! He got me set up in the system, helped me through filling out the form, and even custom made a box to fit a package I couldn’t find a box for. His customer service went above and beyond what I expected. It’s peak sending time (12/21) for Christmas and Brandon was so pleasant and made everything easy. There was no wait time. I will always come here over a “regular” UPS store! Thanks Brandon! Merry Christmas!

Though I did have to travel here due to a mess up with a package delivery, I was VERY impressed with the staff and their efficiency to settle the problem. Within minutes they were able to contact the driver who messed up and had him drive back to our address and resolve the issue. While no one likes to deal with package mishaps, especially when the package is expensive, I'm always thankful for people who do their jobs well and take it seriously.

We are a licensed manufacturer of 2A products, this location knows this. The unqualified personnel opened/inspected our customers packages and held them until we presented our license via email. We had to pick them up and re-route on the same carrier. Unprofessional conduct by unqualified personnel.
