This store is very easy to pop into, parking is great and so is the service! I watched team members help people learn the "quick" Amazon return option. They were kind, caring and helpful!While I was there I had them print out an article on foam core board for my office! It looks great - they can do so much!

After experiencing terrible customer service today at the Orchards United States Postal Service, I decided to give UPS a try. I am so glad that I did! Olga was very helpful and gave me top notch customer service! The UPS store was fully staffed with what seemed like very friendly associates and the prices were even a little better than what I was about to pay at USPS. I will only be coming to UPS from now on when I need to ship a package. Thank you again Olga for all your help! Quick, convenient, and hassle free!

The employees (Ronika, Pilo and Olga) at this location (#5799) were so wonderfully friendly and extremely helpful with all my shipping needs, including some oversized and oddly shaped parcels. GREAT customer service!!

I needed to return a book to Amazon, I walked in, and all 3 employees were helping people, so I got in line. I looked over and noticed a kiosk for Amazon returns. I used it, and I was out in about 3 minutes. Quick and easy! Thank you for making it quick and easy. Keep up the great work.I love using this store for all of my shopping and printing needs.

I arrived at this store at 5:25. Another customer arrived behind me, and the man behind the counter asked him what he needed to do, and he asked him for a business card which he retrieved for him. Then he was ready for me, and by the time I got up there, he told me that the DIRECTV collection computer was turned off at 5:30 when I told him I was a first responder and worked a 12 hour shift the next day, the other worker (female with brown hair) informed me that I could try a different UPS store. I found this passive aggressive and rude. It's definitely a lack of customer service and and by lack I mean a total absence.

This particular UPS store location is generally never busy, and there's generally adequate staff to ensure that customers are adequately taken care of and can get in and out very quickly and efficiently.There are plenty of parking spaces in the private parking lot, and the nearest major street is generally not very busy, making this location easy to get into and out of.In-store shipping prices are extremely high; almost obscenely so. While one cannot argue with the convenience of simply bringing an item to the location and having them pack and ship it, it does come at a considerable premium.

Went there to get something notarized after calling and it says a notary will be there Saturdays until 4:30pm only to be told upon arrival there is no notary on weekends. Extremely frustrated ?

I have been going to this ups store for years. Terry was a gem. He always took great care of his customers.Well that all changed when he retired. I have had nothing but bad experiences since Veronica took over.I own a small business and would have terry print our customers business cards. We placed an order with Veronica via email. Two weeks go by, follow up, no response. We decided to go to Inkability (highly recommended). Got cards the next day. 3 weeks go by and Veronica emails saying our cards are done. We never got a quote or anything. We kindly explained we went elsewhere. She has the audacity to show up to my customers job site and throw the cards at him while he’s on the phone.We recently needed to ship out 10 boxes. We did a rush order for a customer who needed their order by Monday. My fiancé drops the box off. Veronica was helping one of the employees get the slip ready for the boxes. We ask “do you need us to put the label on these”. He says no I got it. Monday comes around and 1 of the boxes got shipped to my shop instead of the customers. It was obvious the gentleman forgot to label one of the boxes. Frustrated we show back up to the ups store. Low and be hold. Veronica. We bring the situation to her attention, she fully denies any recollection even though she HELPED us. Says there’s nothing she can do about it and it’s not their fault. Glad the other 9 boxes made it fine. But why just 1 not make it?I’d like to want to keep going here. It’s convenient for our business but honestly I can not keep supporting a business that lacks any sort of management skills, customer service, let alone common sense. Highly suggest avoiding this place. Drive the extra 10 minutes elsewhere.

Ok. I arrived at 5:59 to drop off a package. As I was walking towards the door, the employee working walked towards the door, made eye contact, then looked away and locked the door. I get wanting to get out of there on time, but not terrific customer service. Will go somewhere else next time.

I recommend that no one uses this location of UPS. After waiting my turn in line for 33 minutes to get some paperwork notarized I was told that I have to wait until every other customer after me has been helped. I asked why is that and Pilo Salamaca the store manager told me it was because they were busy and needed to get the line down. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I took time from work to come and get something notarized, I waited my turn in line and it is first come first serve so why would I need to wait until the 8 people that showed up after me were helped. This doesn't make any sense. I'm extremely upset with this location. I've never experienced another UPS with this issue. I will be filing a formal complaint with the corporate office. Horrible customer service.

I needed a Notary and went into The UPS store. I was able to have my paperwork printed and faxed also! One stop shop!
