The woman doing the notery was rude and very short with me. She tried to tell me she needed to complete 3 different documents just to verify my ID, of course charging me $10 per document. Will never go back to this store and will recommend to everyone I know that they should do the same.

The employee at the register was so helpful! Basically did everything for me, and succinctly answered any questions I had! It was such a huge relief after a bad visit to the post office.

YUK! Terrible. Jerk at front counter. Why would a guy running a cash register try to make you feel like you are a huge inconvenience? Excellent example of how not to act. SAD SAD SAD. And right, $3.00+ to print a label - what a joke.

Absolutely awful Customer Service! Went in on Saturday 11.11.23 to pick up our package at the UPS Store, which we had to pay extra to be delivered to (that's a different issue), and the package was not there.We had confirmation that is was delivered and accepted by "Gavin". They could not locate the package by my name or the shipment #. When I inquired where could it be since "Gavin" stated it was received in the store and there is a proof of delivery we were told, "Well the driver just knows our names and when he sees us, signs our names that we were here, drops the packages and leaves."I was then told I would receive a call Monday, 11.13.23 from the store manager with an update. It is Tuesday 11.14.23 at 3:08 PM PST and I had to call for an update. I was told "she is talking to UPS" not sure what that means, and said ok, so I'll get a call back today with an update? I was informed no, as she has left for the day.The young man on the phone was understanding and understood why frustration would be experienced on our end, and was apologetic so this is in no way a reflection of him.But the process in place at this store with people's packages and lack of follow up is absurd, especially for a multi-million dollar company who claims "We (heart) Logistics".

Service was great when we sent out glass antique items for our move. Unfortunately 2 of 4 items were broken. We filed a claim and were told we would receive the $100.00 but it never showed up in the mail. This claim was filed beginning of Oct, It's now the end of November and nothing. They aren't even returning our calls anymore.

I tried returning a package but had the wrong QR code. The employee didn’t explain it to me, he just said it needs to be returned somewhere else. I found out what was wrong when I got home. When I went back, the other employee provided very quick and pleasant service. I was happy with it.

I've had more fun at the DMV. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them. "Did you need something?" Ok, sorry... Also charged me $3 to print one shipping label. That costs them all of $0.25 to print but ok...

I hate coming here. There's always a long line and never more than one or two people working. They don't have a drop box inside or outside for packages are already labeled and ready. The one time I came in with on Amazon return for them to package and ship, they tried to charge me $10 for the box, so I left. The parking lot is almost completely full constantly, so parking close to the door is difficult. And unlike fedex, they don't have an automatic door, which leaves people carrying packages struggling with the door.

Fast , efficient and friendly staff. I love when I am running errands that I do not have to stand in line for really long, which generally tends to happen at UPS . But the employees here were so quick, that I was in and out within 5 minutes . Parking was right out -front and plenty of stores around .
