They double booked my son (we didn’t know they did this) and then cancelled on him the morning of his appointment. Sunday. The day before his first day of school. Picture day! It couldn’t be any worse for a teenager! The manager blamed this on a “glitch” in the computer and said she would report the “glitch” to IT and the later told me that this is actually how their system works and this happens to clients regularly. So, so bad!

Ulta Beauty at the Vancouver Mall, is a great spot for all your beauty stuff and makeup. Even if you don't need it, you'll want it. They're always ready to help you find what you need, and you can ask for suggestions, too. There are tons of brands and makeup lines I've never even heard of, but you'll always end up loving them.

GF came here to use a coupon for a sale.
Behind the counter, many snobby girls who are still wet behind the ears. Laughing, making jokes, with zero semblance of professionalism or customer service.
We end up leaving without using any coupon. We felt humiliated.
I convince her that is the store manager would be eager to learn about what happened, we share the incident, and are told “No one has experienced that here.” No step to make things right, or even an apology.
This place stinks. Boycott and let them fail.
Shame on you. I’ve notified corporate and can’t wait to hear their response.
Manager and hiring manager should be fired.

Went to this location today to make what I thought was an even exchange but was informed that I would have to pay the difference. I used a coupon when I originally purchased and it was the exact same thing just a different color. I ended up just returning the item. So annoying.

I was at Ulta in the Vancouver Mall on Saturday May 10th. I'm such a huge fan of IT cosmetics. Dawson was soooo sweet and helpful. We talked about the makeup removing balm. Dawson showed me the limited edition brushes, yep I picked some up. Thank you Dawson for answering my questions and making my experience amazing. If your an It Cosmetics fan like I am, ask for Dawson, I promise you won't regret it.

The staff and service at Ulta Beauty in the Vancouver mall always exceeds expectations.
Their beauty salon is the only place I have gone to for years. Harli always does an amazing job with my hair and the other stylists there are always so nice and fun. My youngest will not go any where else for beauty services. Harli, Cami, Phoenix, and Jalina are always fun to be around and make us feel comfortable at every visit.
Cindy and the other staff are always answering my questions when it comes to skin care. I always feel welcomed when I step into their store.
I always make this my first stop for any beauty questions and needs.

If you have african american texture hair, please don't waste your time. They have no knowledge of how to take proper care of our hair type. The manager Cindy was on a power trip instead of the trying to help. I took a chance and now my hair is in knots.

Good job Vancouver Mall Ulta! I was in there the other day with my wife and was looking for some cologne and unfortunately Armani does not make Armani code ultimate anymore so I needed something new. Jenny, Saw me lurking in the fragrance department and approached me so nicely and professionally. I told her what I was looking for, and what I needed, and what I wanted it to smell like, and she went through cologne after cologne, locking the case, and spraying sample sticks for me, and I would say: ” to spicy, to floral, Too earthy, To this to that.” Jenny went through each time and we eventually reached The polo throwback cologne it just says polo EST. 67 on the box eau de toilette. She could’ve just left me to my own devices, but she killed herself to Get me what I needed. Her expertise and men’s cologne was amazing, and her attitude was impeccably happy, plucky, and most importantly, professional .She didn’t sell me on anything. She just helped me ! so I wouldn’t have even bothered buying anything if it wasn’t for her so congratulations Jenny. Thank you for being so helpful.

Was ok. Wasn't asked if i was finding everything ok till i was omw to the check out, but that's ok for me because I'm very familiar with products for the most part, but if i wasn't...
Also, i feel like they've either paired down on the product options or they aren't available, but i wasn't able to find what i normally go for. ?♀️ Its ulta, so it wasn't a bad experience, i guess i just didn't leave feeling like i was satisfied with my visit.

I would have given 5 but since taking their credit card I’m left with a very sour taste in my mouth and feeling ripped off. When you shop in an Ulta they want you to take their credit card, DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!! The bank they use will charge you over 30% interest which is not big deal if you pay off the balance every month. If you don’t use the card they charge you $3 a month for that. If you don’t pay the fee they charge you a $5 late fee. If you don’t pay that they charge you a $41 fee. When you call them to close your account their systems are down. Sounds like they are con artists and thieves to me. You can say it’s the bank’s fault but the card does say Ulta and they push you to take that card. So how do I close my account ? I guess I will be reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission.

Took my daughter in for a 95 silk press
Worst job ever all hair around crown curly not even touched !
So unprofessional the customer who had an appointment after my daughter, which she had a scheduled appointment with saying could you please just hurry up with her because I got places to go so of course the technician that was doing my daughters hair went in a fast pace and she came out with half of her hair, flat and half rare or not flat!!
Waste of money
