So.... I just booked a van for next weekend with Jenell (Spelling?) and she was a delight to work with !! she knew her job and listened to my needs and booked my reservation quickly :) These days.......that is few and far between, great job Jenelle I appreciate you for making this easy ! Laura T.

Hands down worst service I've ever received. The representative was condescending and hung up because I didn't respond to his questions quickly enough.

I reserved a tow dolly over the phone. They asked for all my info, including what I was to be towing (2006 Acura TL), and what I would be towing it with (2015 GMC 1500 4x4). I then drove 45 min (one way) for them to tell me that the Acura was too heavy for their tow dolly according to their computer! What a waste of time and money. I guess with the great economy, it is tough finding good help??

I'd give 0 if I could. These people are unbelievably rude. After returning a rental truck 4 days ago, they still have a hold on my account, even though my other means of payment has already cleared. When I called to find out why, the gentleman was beyond rude. He claims they already gave me money back stating "I can prove it", when in all actuality he was looking at the wrong account, and the wrong amount. Then he proceeded to give me a different number to call. I tried that number, and it was not a real number! Save yourself frustration and go elsewhere.
