Exceptionally rude employees here. I don’t personally Bank here but the way I was approached and treated by staff made a very negative impression and I’ll see to it that I let everyone I know about how self centered and rude staff here are.

Super friendly staff, efficient and helpful. There was a line but they had plenty of staff on hand so we didn't have to wait long. There are some services I wish they offered that I get with other credit unions but I guess you can't have it all.

I showed up to TwinStar looking to get a credit card so I can start building my credit and make a plan to buy a home. Nancy helped me and she was very friendly and helpful. I don't know much about credit cards and it's very intimidating to me. I want to make sure I pay my credit card off in full every month, she said the best way was to get direct payment. And I need to go to my other bank to get a voided check. I did that and came back. She was not there, she had gone to lunch. And neither was the gentleman that greeted me. Since I had told her I would be right back I feel she should have told me she was about to go to lunch. Instead I show up to a group of new faces, they insisted they new what was going on and could help me. Listing to the guy behind the counter he wasn't setting up my account like Nancy and I had discussed. He basically told me that everything Nancy had told me was impossible unless I also open a checking account with them. Now after they have run my credit (dinged me) and got me a credit card I now also have to open another account. I am frustrated beyond belief. It didn't seem like anyone knew what they were talking about. Not happy. Hope my next experience is an improvement as I feel stuck with this company because I don't want another credit Union to pull my credit. WHAT A HEADACHE!

Twinstar is a great credit union. Excellent and friendly service and great interest rates on checkings and savings. I have used them for all of my banking needs, mortgage, business, etc for several years and I'm very happy. Don't waste your time at a big bank - Twinstar has everything you need.

I have had only the best experiences at this branch of Twinstar. Specifically, I want to give a huge shout-out to Donivan Balfanz, Universal Service Officer. He helped me to decide on which type of line of credit to open for a specific goal I had, giving me all of the information that I needed. It was a Saturday morning and I was on a huge time crunch for the credit, and he helped me to open the card that worked best for me in a very short amount of time. He put in the effort to understand my needs and accessed all of what Twinstar could offer me. It felt like a luxury service. The experience definitely solidified my faith in Twinstar as the credit union and financial institution with which I want to do business.

Ive been with Twinstar for less than a year now, I switched over from Onpoint and today Im wishing that I hadnt. I have roll over ira and individual accounts through Fidelity for my retirement, I withdrew some of my money from two different accounts and they wired the money to my Twinstar account and I was charged 2 separate 15 dollar fees. This is unacceptable, so I called customer support to get the charges refunded, and was told they dont refund those charges and if I wasnt satisfied with that, I should go to a branch and raise hell with management there. WOW, what a way to pass the buck and not take ownership for your own business. I do not recommend doing business with this company and have left my review with the BBB. Shady Business.
