These guys are great! Mikie was super open and explained everything very well, did a great job and even charged me less then what he quoted as it took him less time the. He originally thought.

My wife and I have a Brake and Suspension shop in Salmon Creek. We are constantly asked to do work that we don't do at our specialty shop. We could not happier with their service. As a business, our trucks breaking down means down time. True Tech had a blown transmission back on the road the next day! They are quick to respond and have a great attitude every day.

This crew is amazing! I took my Jeep wrangler in for a new clutch. I was told that it would be a day job, well the crew stayed late the afternoon I dropped it off, and came in early the next morning. It was done by 10am! They were so friendly and easy to work with. And the end result was exactly what was originally quoted to me. I would recommend them to all y’all!

Great and honest Shop. Very nice family owned. They have troubleshot a few problems for me. When they had to send me elsewhere because they didn’t have the right equipment, they gave great recommendations and didn’t charge me!

I was very surprised to find that they did a FREE brake inspection for me and told me that I was ok to go for a while longer and did not try to upsell me. They told me that I had a little more life in my pads and that it was fine for now. That honesty means I will continue to refer them and I will be back!! This integrity is hard to fine these days!!! GREAT job guys!!!!

Stop by O'Reilly's to get new headlights. They were great and helpful recommended that I use the shop next door to have them installed. I did and Mikey came out, while he was out in the middle of another job, he came out and helped he was so thoughtful and so considerate. Really a cheerful man. While helping me with this situation, he said You know what let's wait and make sure these are going to be the right ones or that they're not any different than the ones you've already got. He gave it a quick test by plugging it in and said "yes these are not going to be much brighter than what you've got". These men are so nice. They are busy so they must be trusted but when they will stop in the middle of what they're doing to help with a few questions and a little bit of exploration that is really something rare. I would highly recommend if you haven't used these guys, True Tech, did you give them a try. I really don't think you can find anyone kinder, more professional offering more and thorough help then you would expect or even you to ask for. Their employees follow them out and help with anything they can without even being asked and they're so cheerful. Good guys, great company.
