“Hands down the best mechanic shop I’ve ever been to. I did **A LOT** of research before deciding to go forward with Swift Automotives, and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT.
In fact, they went above and beyond what I expected of them — while literally charging 50% less than all other shops rated 4.5 stars and above in the 20 mile radius in Vancouver, WA.
Not only were they the cheapest quote, they showed me exactly what was wrong, what was necessary, and what could wait; and itemized every single thing they and the labor costs to break it down really simply for you! They even included the comprehensive diagnostic exam free of charge with the services; and even topped off my fluids.
It gets better, since I had the check engine light go on and was nervous to drive while waiting for parts — they provided me a free rental for the entire time they had my car (to include waiting for the parts to come in). Afterwards, they even drove my vehicle to the dealership to ensure what they did worked, and showed me all of the computer programming to provide further corroboration.
Everyone that works here is so fantastic, personable, kind, and extremely hardworking. Forever grateful for: Kayla, Brianna, and Isaac for being incredible to me. I cannot sing high enough praises for them in making this such a positive experience.

“The 1st time I used these guys I called 3 reputable local automotive shops in my area and asked who they used and recommended for specialty transmission work. All 3 recommended Metro and respected their knowledge and work quality. So far I've had them rebuild 2 transmissions (an automatic and a manual). Their prices are very fair and my transmissions are working perfectly. These guys know what they're doing and they stand by their word. I plan to go back soon to have them install an ARB locking differential.”

“I brought my 350Z in to have the clutch and flywheel replaced after 150,000+ miles of use. Micah is a great guy and took good care of me as a customer. I dropped the car off Monday morning and they started work on it right away. Within an hour, Micah called me to let me know about a leak in the rear main seal and even took a video of it to show me. It's always excellent when problems are caught and corrected while everything is accessible. I got a call Tuesday morning letting me know my car was finished and all set to go without any problems. That has to be the fastest turnaround time ever for a major service! I was curious what the old clutch and flywheel looked like after 14 years of use and Micah was happy to show me. This place is truly one of, if not the very best auto repair shops that I have ever dealt with. Friendly service and very fair price. I will 100% come back for future service. “This is not my first time going to honest one auto care. I returned because of my great positive experience previously!!! Overall, I had a good experience this visit. Upon arriving, I was a little thrown off by the fact that the person checking me in acted like I did not have an appointment and had no clue why I was even bringing my vehicle there. However, after explaining my situation, the mechanic/ technician Jones that did the diagnostic reviews on my vehicle was very knowledgeable, and I appreciate the fact that he was able to walk me around my vehicle and explain to me what was going on. “I Nomally don't do alot of reviews when it comes to auto mechanic shops because I normally do my own repairs, however my work schedule didn't allow me to do the lengthy diagnostics to find out why my vehicle stopped while driving, I didn't have time to try and find an honest shop in Vancouver since I work in Portland but I settled on NW imports and Domestics. and had my vehicle towed there. got a call back later on that day and was informed that the cooling fan needed to be replaced, the second call I received they informed me that they had ordered the wrong cooling fan and had to reorder the correct one and I would also need a module and a fuse. what confused me was the pricing went from $540 to $666 and change. I know it doesn't take 2 hour's to remove and install a cooling fan and a module and didn't understand why the cost was so high. when I went to pick up the vehicle I was taken back by the fact I was charged $107 for a $25 module $190 for a cooling fan which at the most should have only been $110 and the labor cost at $154 per hour I thought was high I was informed that that place they ordered the parts from were the only ones that had that particular part. Now to be fare they did give me a small veteran's discount of a little over$20, and on day 2 the vehicle hasn't stopped on me again so I believe the problem so far is fixed. So to sum it all up, they know thier way around when it comes to repairs. If your on a budget you probably need to shop around for a less expensive repair shop but if money is not a big issue then I would recommend NW Imports and Domestics they will do a good job on your vehicle repairs. So I give them 4 out of five stars as my honest review.”
