The place was not massive but had tons to look at. The staff was friendly and informative. The prices are amazing for the quality. Even the accessories to add like fire bags are awesome. I felt I left with more info and what I want. Will definitely be Getting one in the near future. Seeing them up close to understanding the difference in price and how sturdy and secure they are. Great overall experience.

My wife and I purchased the M45 today from the Vancouver showroom. We had a great experience with our salesman who wasn’t pushy at all and answered all our questions gracefully. I’ll be a lifetime customer though I doubt I’ll ever need another safe as the M45 is so massive that if I managed to fill it my wife would kill me before I could buy another.

I was at the very moment heading out on vacation for a month, and the last thing I did before leaving was check my safe, and to my great horror, the safe door would not close.I called customer service for my brand of safe, but it was after hours, and was fit to be tied asI had a deadline to keep. Called Fortress safeIn Vancouver & an excellent, professional, sympathetic employee named Luke answered and explained in detail how I could remedy the problem, even though I hadn’t purchased the safe from them.I am eternally grateful & plan to visit their establishment to thank him/them in person &look over the products they carry.David

Don't buy from the "Big Box" give the guys at Tracker your business and you will not be sorry. These guys showed me a level of customer service you rarely see in today's market place. They know their product and are willing to show and demonstrate their safes with zero pressure. Along with the customer service, I feel they sell a top notch product. If you live in the Vancouver, Washington area stop in the shop and see first hand all they have to offer.

We wanted a large safe for our expanding collection of valuables and the folks at Sporting Systems suggested Tracker Safe. We ordered one, and right away were impressed with the service! They were very busy but bent over backwards to deliver our safe and install it in a very tough location (for a reasonable fee), based on a tight schedule we had.When we recently moved, we hired them to move our safe to the new location. They're friendly, hard-working, and very customer service oriented. I can't say enough good things about the company.
