Incredibly hard to get a hold of. Been trying to add a new vehicle to my policy for months now and his assistant sends me to his voicemail. The kicker is his voicemail is always full so cannot leave messages. Never get a call back or an email back. His assistant tries to be as helpful as she can, but since having Tom for my agent I have been unable to get a hold of him.

Tom does a fantastic job with his agency. I highly recommend Tom and his assistant Caitlin. I have been a client of theirs for over a year.

Unfortunately I've been trying to cancel our insurance policy (home, life, and car) for over 6 months. We have moved out of state (to a state Country Financial doesn’t service) and have been trying to cancel. We have been charged every month for the last 6 months. And when trying to contact Tom or anyone on his team no one has been able to finalize the cancelation. We have tried numerous times with numerous individuals as well as called the Country Financial 1-800 number. I am extremely disappointed. We now have USAA and our experience in the most recent six months has been far better than our experience with country financial over the last FIVE YEARS!

Tom provided me with horrible service. He messed up my automatic payment several times, and had very poor communication. I switched to State Farm and my new agent there broke down how much I was being over charged and screwed over by country financial. I was able to get much better coverage and am now paying half the price I was before with Tom and his office. Highly recommend avoiding country financial at all costs it’s been nothing but a problem for me and my business.

Tom Goetz II is an amazing insurance agent. My family and I have been working with Tom for about 10 years and he has been very professional and personable. He knows his stuff and has been able to guide us along with our changing needs as our family has grown.
I highly recommend Tom as an exceptional insurance agent!!
COUNTRY has been a good group to work with as well. Prices have been very competitive and coverage is great.

Very horrible customer service and also very rude to customers who pay good money for country financial insurance. We have had so many issue with this guy and his office its crazy. We call and they say Tom will call you back, and a week later turns to two weeks and that turns to a month till you have to call again and get told he will call back, again almost a month goes by them his receptionist calls us back. We then decide to take time from our work schedules to go down and see Tom and surprise, Tom is not in, he must always be on vacation or something cause he is never in his office and can't return a phone call so we could add more services. Feed up with Tom's horrible customer service and treating us like we were inconveniencing him, we asked Country Financial to switch agents. After two months of Tom dragging his feet and denying our requests to change agents, and finally losing my cool and telling both Tom and the country financial district customer service that if they are not will to keep me as a paying customer happy, I will be changing to a complete different insurance company, and taking my money else where. Surprise tom/country financial let is switch agents to BOB COSGROVE, who is amazing and is what all country financial agents especially tom goetz ii should be like, even half as good as BOB would work. Bob was not even our agent and helped us with a few issues and thanks to BOB COSGROVE, country financial still has a customer, and hopefully with many years to come too, which I see happening with Bob and I would advise anyone to not use tom as an agent if you like your coverage from Country Financial insurance use another agent.
